You do not need to have a problem, to need a coach

Most people will have heard of coaching before. Many people will associate coaching with sport, a tennis coach or a football coach maybe. Some people will have heard of life coaches, they are often in magazines or on TV shows, someone who has a practical approach to problems and able to offer pragmatic advice to the readers or listeners. If you do not need advice and do not play sport is there any point in using a coach you may wonder?

The simple answer is yes.

You do not need to have a problem to benefit from having a coach. A coach is a really useful instrument, finely tuned to your own needs, which will help you be your absolute best.

Have you ever wondered why the highest flying executives have a coach? They are performing well, they do not appear to have any problems or issues, and yet the organisations that employ them are often prepared to pay significant sums of money to help these already very talented and high performing individuals grow more and do more with their talent. The very best athletes use coaching to get them to the pinnacle of their careers, (do you know of any Olympian who does not use the services of a coach?) they are not broken, they are hugely talented and focussed on achieving their goals, they do not need telling how to fix their lives, but a coach helps them to access all of their resources. When the going gets tough, a coach supports the individual to keep going, to not give up and to only accept the best in themselves.

How Coaching Works

Coaching works by asking the questions that allows you to find the very best solution, a coach will challenge you to think about things in a different way to see if the alternatives are better, a coach will hold your agenda and create a really safe space for you to explore your talents and capabilities, a coach will ask you to be brave and support you as you try out different ways of thinking. As your coach I will work with you as you mine for your best and most creative ways of being. I will make you work hard as you become the best version of yourself. A coach doesn’t give you the answers, you don’t need them to, you already have the best answers already within you, as your coach I can help you find them.

So whether you are a high flying executive of a global empire or an individual who believes that you have only one life and you want to get the best out of it and out of yourself, coaching is for you!
