Julie James is a Hypnotherapist based in Hove. She is running a two day self hypnosis course at the end of October.
I first met Julie at my local business networking group and I told her that I wasn't very confident addressing groups of people, which is a bit of a handicap in my job. She persuaded me to have a couple of sessions with her to see if she could make a difference.
After two sessions I was put to the test in front of 35 local business people, I was thinking about what Julie had told me and found myself far more relaxed and I thought I delivered my presentation in more confident manner. I now even look forward to speaking to the group and don't have the nerves I used to have before I started the hypnotherapy sessions.
The course is aimed at giving people more confidence, achieve more at work and with sporting activities, enjoy better health, better sleep, change bad habits, the possibilties are endless. I would definitely recommend going, I admit I was sceptical about hypnosis before I met Julie, but now I firmly believe that it can help many people in all sorts of ways.
