Car buying I can't fault as Aidas was great. However, they attempted to sell my service plan as a "package" with roadside assistance which made it more expensive. Insinuated that there wasn't the option to take it off so I cancelled. Miraculously it all of a sudden didn't have to be included.

My experience of dealing with Lexus Bolton has been nothing but exemplary. The very pleasant receptionist was always keen to welcome us with a cup of coffee and the whole buying experience was straightforward. The salesman Alex answered all our queries and was not in the least pushy. He dealt with the whole process in a totally professional manner. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Alex Fairclough was amazing- helping me all the way and calling me whenever he feels the need to pass information on tome about my new car order he always take his time to answer any question and nothing was too much of a trouble. He took his time and explained everything about my new car. He pays attention to details,i could go and on. I was able to get my car on budget too. I have always have an amazing experience with LEXUS BOLTON Alex being my contact. Thank once again Alex for looking after me.

Lovely experience. Had wanted an F-sport IS for ages and the interaction and treatment by Laura in sales and other staff was professional and excellent. First time I ever had a personal recorded video showing how to use features on the vehicle during a sale. Loved it !

This is my overall rating of Lexus Bolton over the years since I bought my car from them 4 years ago and having regular yearly service and MOT. My experience is generally positive but not without issues and hence the rating is 4 stars out of 5.

My last review started ‘I'm truly a lucky boy!!’ and that’s absolutely still the case. For around 3 years I’ve been extremely lucky to own a Lexus LC500h. That car is art on wheels. Not only is it a head-turner but also it’s amazing to drive. Why there aren’t more on the road heavens only knows but that only makes them more special and unique. Anyway, with around a year to go Lexus I was contacted by the team at Lexus Bolton to see what my future plans were. Firstly I met with Laura and and at that time I couldn’t bear the thought of giving up my LC but around 6 months later when I was contacted again I found the car I wanted, possibly the only model/car which would have prized me out of my LC a beautiful RX450h Takumi. From start to finish everyone at Lexus Bolton were fantastic but special credit must go to John Farrington whose professionalism turned a speculative enquiry into a sale. Lexus is a special brand. From the moment you walk into the showroom you are treated like a friend and that's down to Wayne, Chris, John, Henry, Helen, Gail, Darren and the rest of the team. Just wanted to say a big thanks, again!!

Lovely experience of buying a used car. Starting from Gail on reception and John Farrington a very helpful and knowledgeable Sales Controller.
