Excellent service. Damien was very patient, My first all electric and I had a lot of questions which he answered very well. Not patronising and if he wasn't sure he found out. My wife hates buying cars and car salesman (apologies to all who sell cars) but this was the first time she enjoyed the experience, which I put down to Damian. We travelled from Stoke to buy this RZ, in atrocious weather but it was worth it.

I’m a serious Lexus fan and have owned most of the line up over the years. Just picked up our latest addition, 2019 RX450H. Very impressed with the package. Faultless dealer and a beautiful vehicle.

I have never been looked after as much as I was when I went to Lexus in Bolton.<br>The salesman Mo literally bent over backwards for me, explained everything clearly to me as I am not very techno savvy , he was so patient and repeated anything I did not understand, he even left his personal mobile telephone number if I needed to know anything about my Lexus ?.<br>I will always go back to Lexus in the future , and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family.<br>The Manager even came up to us before we took the vehicle to make sure we were happy with our purchase and how we were looked after.<br>I would give 10/10 for Lexus in Bolton!!, I wish all car dealerships were as professional as Lexus at Bolton!!. Well done!!!

This is my most pleasant, memorable experience in buying a used car. I was buying a used Lexus nx300h which is my long term dream car, and prefer a Lexus approved vehicle. I found a 2018 Nx300h premier by Lexus Bolton. I reserved the car online in the evening, next morning, Aidas from Lexus Bolton contacted me, so my wife and I went to see the car the day after. Aidas is so kind, knowledgeable, patient, showed me every details, answered every questions. He is extremely polite, I do not feel any pressure. Adias also helped me trade in my 18 years old Honda. That was very happy 2 and half hours! The car is beautiful, we decided to buy, made a deposite. The car will go through workshop, have a new service and Mot. On the day we collect the car, Aidas completed all the paper work, helped me setup Navigation... Before we left, the manager, Alex, kindly come and thank us for our purchase and trust. Everything is perfect, my wife and I are 100% happy with the whole process. Most importantly, you can trust Lexus main dealer when you make big money transfer. After the disaster trying to fight to get the battery replaced under warranty, Lexus Bolton have helped to get the parts and labour reduced significantly however it’s still a lot of money compared to free if it was under warranty. As advised to the managers at Lexus Bolton, there are areas for improvement in terms of customer service especially at this brand level. Not a very happy outcome but job has been done, rectified and lesson learnt. I would be very careful in the future, not to blindly rely and believe on service advisors.
