Just picked up a new RZ450e premium plus. The deal was fantastic with a really good trade in price for my 22 reg NX350h premium plus. Even though that car was only 18 months old! What I love is that you don’t just buy a car and then not hear from the dealership for 3 years, if there is something interesting then they give you a call and offer you something. This has led to me changing my car more often but I really enjoy the relationship with the team and it’s worlds better than any other brand I’ve dealt with over the years. Plus this is one place that you really feel like you get a better deal for being a loyal customer. Really can’t fault the team at Bolton RRG Lexus. Huge thanks to Komron and Chris for all the hard work sorting out a super deal. The car is gorgeous and is already attracting attention everywhere it goes! If you haven’t tried Lexus yet then you are seriously missing out. Luxurious, ultra reliable, classy, you can’t ask for more. Thanks Lexus Bolton!

Bought our first ever Lexus from Lexus Bolton and was very impressed with the process from start to finish. Alex was brilliant, enthusiastic without being overbearing or pushy. Kept in regular contact providing updates. Explained everything about the car thoroughly and with patience! Also offered after sales advice about any and every little thing we might need regarding the new purchase. All the staff at Lexus Bolton were friendly and welcoming, nothing too much trouble, shout out also to Aidas who took us for our first test drive when we were still shopping around, but we needn't have looked any further, you'll not find a better team than this. No regrets about our purchase, we love it.

Purchased a used Lexus NX300h from Lexus Bolton and can honestly say that the experience was a pleasure. I’ve had several experiences of car dealerships over the many years and Lexus Bolton has been by far the best. Our sales executive was John Farrington and he was very knowledgeable on the cars and answered all questions asked. He was courteous and professional. The whole experience was great from the initial chat to collecting the car. During the whole process he kept us fully informed and rang us back when he said he would.

The usual excellent customer service - the paperwork was dealt with expeditiously and expertly, the insurance sorted before we left the showroom and the salesperson demonstrated, with some enthusiasm, all the features of the vehicle. We would definitely recommend Lexus to our friends and family.
