I cannot recommend Bolton Lexus highly enough, especially Aidas. From the very beginning, he was attentive and genuinely engaged. He followed through on all of Lexus' promises even after I had purchased the car. For me personally, many of the benefits of buying through a used-approved Lexus dealer are worth their weight in gold! Would highly recommend!<br><br>pros:<br>*Full years MOT<br>*Full years warranty<br>*Free insurance excess first-year<br>*New tyre even though it was above the legal minimum<br>*3 years car tracker solution installed<br>*Great service<br>*Peace of mind motoring<br>*Full tank of petrol because I had come from Newcastle, and they were considerate enough to fill up for me.<br><br>Cons :<br>*none so far<br><br>If you are looking to buy, please ask for Aidas. He is really professional and trustworthy.<br><br>Aidas even picked me up from the train station on his day off to complete the handover.<br><br>A nice touch at the end was when the Lexus manager came to thank me personally for buying from Lexus Bolton.<br><br>I have never bought a car where I thought I would happily buy from them again. However I definitely would from Lexus Bolton.

We decided it was time to change our now ageing, but meticulously maintained Toyota Yaris for something a little newer, and also a hybrid as we move closer to the time that the powers that be would like us all to own an electric vehicle - which our other family car happens to be.<br>Having used both Lexus Bolton and RRG Toyota in the past, and have always been pleased with deals, service, and customer service, my final choice was to look at a used Lexus hybrid that was located at Bolton, found on their website.<br>We have now taken delivery, and all our expectations have been fulfilled, and more so. Our sales person, Aidas, looked after our every need through the whole process, quickly returning calls, and explaining everything through the process of buying. This culminated with the most detailed handover in the stunning surrounds of the Lexus Bolton showroom. We still have nothing but praise for this excellent company, and we now own a perfect, beautifully maintained, very low mileage Lexus, prepared to perfection.
