I had great service from Lexus Bolton when buying a used car from them. The car itself was presented very well and looked new to us. The price and the mileage were key factors for us and the price in particular was the best we could find in the area for such a low mileage car. Aidas in particular conducted the negotiations in a clear and fair way and all our questions were quickly answered and the various extras were explained to us in a clear way with no undue pressure to buy.
I would definitely recommend Aidas for his help and support and thoroughly recommend Lexus Bolton for the quality of the car.
I intend to keep this car for a while but will certainly look at Lexus Bolton for my next one when the time is right.

I was to Lexus Bolton couple of days ago, to fix a recall on my IS300h, and for a hybrid health check. At the reception I was greeted by Darren Manning, who managed to find the right courtesy car for me, while they dealt with my car. The jobs have been done really quick, same day, even if I was expected to take it one full day. Although I had a bit of emotions driving other car, Darren was very patient with me, making this new experience very brilliant from top to bottom. The team is amazing and a true credit to the brand.

I’m very satisfied with the level of customer service I received from Lexus Bolton when purchasing my new Lexus ES300H, the salesman, Aidas, was great, I was kept informed as to the expected delivery date on a regular basis, once it was delivered to the dealership, Aidas arranged for my dash cam to be installed and the car ready for collection within only a few days.
The handover was the smoothest I have ever had when picking up a new car, every member of the dealership team I met were very friendly, professional and efficient. I initially booked a test drive with Sales advisor Bimal Chohan who was absolutely shocking as once we arrived at the dealership he said the car was unavailable even though his colleague confirmed there would be 2 of the same vehicles available with different drive trains.
However, after speaking to Wesley and him organising an appointment with the lovely Laura who took her time showing us the vehicle and allowed us ample opportunity to test drive it.

I ordered my car in February 2022 due to arrive in September 2022. The delivery was delayed and it only arrived mid December. While this was disappointing, Laura, the sales representative kept me informed at regular intervals on the progress of my order including phone calls, emails and video messages.
When the car finally arrived Laura arranged a convenient time for me to collect the car and showed me all the new technology that was not in my previous Lexus. She also phoned me a couple of days later to check everything was okay.
Without the regular updates I may have cancelled the order. Well done Laura.

Best ever dealership the professionalism and atmosphere they providing is priceless. I have just bought my 3rd Lexus from them. Laura Holt was my sales person and couldn’t have asked for anything more. Kept me up to date on where the car was in the process of being made to arriving at the showroom and she made sure that I was happy with everything and the handover of the car was amazing too. All the little extra details such as presentation box for the spare key, bottle of wine and the car being revealed from under a cloth cover. Can’t ask for any more.

I've just brought a second hand Lexus I'm absolutely happy with it, I was really lucky to deal with Aidas who very professional keeping me updated in when my new vehicle would be ready (even ringing me on his day off) I was really impressed...I'd definitely recommend you ask for him if you're looking for a Lexus which are beautiful cars.
