Great team at Bolton. Initial enquiry with Simon Fletcher to let him know the car and specs I was wanting to buy and within a day he had found the perfect car (NX F-Sport with sunroof) and within my budget!. Kept me well updated through the purchase, answered all my questions thoroughly and gave a fantastic service overall. I have recommended my Dad to Simon and the Bolton team to help him purchase a UX in the near future. 2 reasons I will only own Lexus cars now is the reliability of them, and the customer service you receive, it's second to none. From start to finish buying a Lexus from Bolton is a fab experience

The whole experience of buying my LBX, from initial enquiry for a test drive, to collection was seamless. Alex was knowledgeable, professional, approachable and straightforward. There was no pressure or rush to buy, rather an exploration of options to find a deal that was appropriate for me. The p/e offered on my car was immediately very fair. At collection, on-going support to familiarise myself with the car was offered by Alex and endorsed by manager Chris.<br>The whole experience represented excellent customer service.

A first class service from Lexus Bolton!! Yesterday we collected our new Lexus LBX and from our initial visit, we have had exceptional service from all staff, from the warm and welcoming greeting at reception to the hand over of our car. However, particular thanks must go to Aidas, the sales representative who has been of great assistance to us throughout. From the outset, Aidas has been incredibly helpful, friendly and patient. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has made the entire process smooth, pleasurable and stress free. This was our first Lexus purchase and the whole experience was the best ever! Without any hesitation, we would highly recommend Lexus Bolton to anyone looking to buy a car. Once again a very special thank you to Aidas.

Hi all, just a quick review, from attending the event at Bolton and meeting Simon in sales, he gave me a better price than webuyanycar, which we accepted, and up to collecting the new car was a really good experience, Simon explained everything, couldn’t fault him or all the staff I met, it really was a breeze, I was informed about all extras that I may want, some I wanted, some I didn’t, Simon is a really nice guy, not pushy in anyway, I asked for a few add on, which he sorted ready for collection, on the day I collected the new car Simon stayed with us all the time, he showed me and the wife every thing about the car, he set everything up, nothing was a problem with him and the other staff, I took out the service plan because I have in the past, honestly what a pleasant atmosphere I am leaving a lot out of the review because you may think there paying me, but honestly, it was a great experience and 5* to Lexus and the team, especially Simon. 👍
