فندق لاين دروب فيلج طبعا الفندق نظيف وهادي جدا جدا المنطقة في July في بولتن باردة وهذا ينقص جو السعودية في مثل هذا الشهر.المرافق جميلة يحتوي على نادي رياضي كبير ،ومسبح ايضا.يحتوي على بركة سباحة خارجية مطلة على الخارج مع جاكوزي وهدا يحتاج حجز مسبق من استقبال خاص في المنتجع من غير ان تدفع طبعا شامل للمنتجع .يوجد متاجر صغيرة لتجهيز حفلات الزواج .متاجر صغيرة بوتيكات لبيع السلع.السعر للمنتجع معقول جدا .يوجد مطاعم ومقاهي تابع للفندق طبعا بار للشرب ولكن الحمدالله على نعمة عدم الشرب.المدينة هادية ومكان وسط للشخص المحب للسياحة في المدن البريطانية القريبة.

Overall good stay, lovely hotel friendly staff & nice food
We were a family group of 12 celebrating a birthday all had room /Breakfast & evening meal half of us booked the pool/Spa, liked that the Hotel is Dog friendly too. Staff were all friendly/Helpful & Reception very efficient.
We were moved from 2 different seating areas throughout the day/Evening as we were advised the area had been pre-booked or reserved, even though there were no notices of this when we 1st sat down (in the lounge area for Eg during the afternoon) Even though we were eating Lunch at the time, we were told that we would need to vacate in approx one hour as it was reserved from that time. Then in the evening inside the on-site pub ? we had all just got a drinks & sat in an area suitable for us to be seated all together, only to be told 15 minuets later that we would have to move to the other side of the Pub as the area we were in was reserved. I understand that this happens, but it would be more user friendly if when an area is reserved, you could put up a notice advising of this, rather than allowing people to get comfortable & then move them. Did not spoil our stay which was lovely, just a little annoyed that it happened twice in one day.

What a brilliant deal with lots of offer in a great setting. We were looking for a cheap option for a spa stay, this was ideal. We were given access to the spa area, the thermal pool was gorgeous and being in the open air but heated pool was fab. We enjoyed the various sauna/steam rooms and then a swim. We also received a two course evening meal which was absolutely gorgeous and a wide range to choose from, we were treated to a welcome glass of wine also great, and a ten pound voucher which we used towards an extra wine! Breakfast was also great again a wide choice and served to the table. Our room was spacious and bed really comfortable. We were at the back in cottage room opposite the pub. It was a little noisy and tired decor could do with a freshen up, but for the deal and price we were happy.
We enjoyed a lovely walk on one of the routes around the golf course and we just loved the quaint feel of the whole place.
Will definitely return...for 145 pounds for two people it felt like an amazing deal with so much included and the staff were INCREDIBLE...thanks so much!! Highly recommend a stay here

Very pleasant afternoon tea, although quite standard fare, but nice enough. Was a gift from a family member and everything tasted good, the staff were friendly and accommodating but the venue was lacking in atmosphere, maybe some music or something would have made a difference.

Our wedding day at the last drop was fantastic, Liz and the team did a phenomenal job, their passion shone through and nothing was too much to ask. The food and service was amazing, and the venue second to none.

We picked the last
Drop village complete wedding package venue with family and friends and what can I say only wooow the wedding Co ordinaters both Liz and Mia could not have made my day any more magical nothing was to much trouble for them.
I stayed for 3 nights in total and enjoyed the surrounding and the food and staff all over the hotel were excellent.
I looked at different venues before deciding on this one but to be honest my budget was catered for and everything was beautiful.
I would like to say a big thank you to Liz Mia and Zoe who were always on hand throughout my stay and all the rest of the staff at the hotel were ever you chose to eat it was such a pleasant experience and I can honestly say if your thinking of a wedding venue you will not be disappointed.
Thank you so much for making our day go so smoothly.

Good location. Excellent on-site facilities. Very helpful staff. Facilitated gluten and dairy free diets as best they could. No fridge in the bedroom was not expected but perhaps could have been addressed if requested.

Spa was absolutely beautiful! Extremely clean - no problems but the room was very tired looking, dead flys on the wind sill and hairs in the shower from pervious visits, food was absolutely fantastic! Great value for money xx

We stayed there as part of a wedding celebration. Room was a good size bed comfy. Good selection of tea coffee etc. Breakfast was great buffet style. Checkout was straightforward. All staff we're happy to help nothing to much trouble

Exceptional customer experience
Warm and friendly welcome, although the hotel was fully booked it didn't feel too overwhelming. Lots of nice outdoor space to enjoy the sun.
Most people staying were there for the P!nk concert in Bolton, and the hotel took this into consideration and put on late night food and drinks at discounted rates after the concert.
The management were very hands on and approachable.
The brunch was exceptional, we had the poached eggs with local black pudding, Lancashire cheese on sourdough and it was worth every penny.
Looking forward to a return trip and will spend the weekend enjoying the spa next time Room service options were very limited past 2am although staff were very accommodating and went above and beyond.

Requested ground floor accommodation due to disability which was granted, however the room was set up as a double with two twin beds pushed together and only one duvet. When I asked for an extra duvet staff were very friendly and brought us one straight away.

Really good price for spa treatment, evening meal, a nights stay and full breakfast. The rooms are a little dated but spacious ( 3 of us were staying in 1 one) and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was absolutely first class. Hotel was very busy but I expected that on a Friday night as assumed there would be people staying over for weddings.

Lovely overnight stay .The spa facilities are good .The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel acknowledged my husbands birthday with a message in chocolate and fruit which was a lovely gesture . The hotel itself is a beautiful and scenic location with little shops dotted around.

Room was very good. Staff were very good and friendly. Afternoon tea, dinner, and breakfast were all very good. Only problem this time was noise from room above. Slamming every door and cupboard, dropping things on floor and shouting. This at approximately midnight and 6 in the morning. This disturbed, but did not spoil our stay.

The spa has a thermal pool with an open air part which looks out not over a beautiful view, but over a car park, but it's still very nice . The hotel is very sprawling and unique. The staff were friendly and helpful. Food was nice but a bit expensive. I'm glad we stayed here for the iron man weekend. Spa is good and included in room price.
