My wife and I have visited this hotel on several occasions.
Overall it is a nice and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately we went on mothers day so it was very busy. This meant that the facilities were on a timed basis (50 mins each) so it ruined the relaxation part of our stay.
Also some parts of the hotel are in dire need of some TLC. The carpets in our room for instance needed immediate replacement. The shower was cold even though we waited an hour for it to heat up.
Bit of a shame really because we have stayed here a few times and it left us searching for another spa hotel in the future.

The Spa facilities and the restaurant were amazing the room was spacious and clean, definitely recommend. I couldn’t fault the thermal spa and heated outdoor pool. Also great location and large car park

The Hotel and Spa was very clean and efficiently run. Every member of staff encountered, were exceptionally friendly, helpful and professional. This was a short trip given as a present and we had never been to the location before, but would definitely recommend it simply on the service provided alone. We found the whole experience very good.

Nice pool and family friendly location was really nice, exactly what we was looking for and it was nice and peaceful. The rooms are quite dated and the bathroom had quite a damp smell and carpets are really old and don’t look very clean.

Nice hotel but wouldn’t recommend as a spa break The hotel beds, the food and hotel staff were friendly Not enough lounge beds at the pool or spa, the thermal spa is small and overlooks car park and houses.

Me & my partner had a lovely stay here, we upgraded to one of the cottage rooms which was pleasant and lovely in a nice and quiet location. The staff were very friendly on arrival and departure and helpful when we asked if we could order a takeaway to reception! They give us culterly and napkins and phoned us when it had arrived. We used the spa facilities both the day we checked in and day we checked out to make the most of it. We loved the infinity pool, swimming pool, 2 saunas, 2 steam rooms & the salt room. Breakfast the following morning was buffet style and was great. From hot food to continental cereals, fruit, pastries etc plenty of choice.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Last Drop Village. From checking in to leaving we can’t fault a thing all the staff are friendly and professional. Clean rooms, great food and drinks at reasonable prices and the system in place with time slots for the pool and thermal suite works really well. We’ll definitely be back for another stay.

Excellent staff though restaurant was very busy at dinner and sometimes it seemed as though drinks orders had been forgotten and had to be requested again. All staff friendly and helpful. Most of the shops and outside services such as the pub were closed - whether this was because it was a Monday or for some other reason I do not know.

Beautiful stay with extremely friendly staff but unfortunately we had a few problems with left me and my partner feeling a little disappointed. First the lamps in our room didn’t work which didn’t really give the calming relaxing vibe we wanted in the evening/night time as it had to be the main light on or total darkness. By the time we realised this we didn’t see a point with raising it with reception as we was leaving the following morning and wanted to enjoy our night undisturbed.
We paid for the 50 min Swedish massage, mine was lovely, but very basic. My partner however felt like his was very underwhelming, he didn’t feel like the spa therapist listened to what he wanted and didn’t really put much effort into the experience and what he wanted to gain out of it :(
Car parking was a massive issue, not enough spaces, we had to park on the main road and walk up to the hotel a few times when we left the hotel and came back.
Was looking forward to my night in a hotel bed and a lie in, but was woken up at 8am by building works in the few rooms down from us, crashing and drilling so didn’t exactly feel satisfied with the quality of sleep which was annoying as you want a little slice of peace when you come away for a spa break….

Overall, average…won’t really be rushing back which is a massive shame

comfortable and invigorating loved the setting the spa and pool. especially the thermal spa as it was snowing in the open air. Had a face and head massage brilliant xx the toilet in the bathroom too close to the toilet roll holders. no pressure on cold tap on sink furnishings tired could do with a lot of modernisation

Absolutely loved it!
We stayed in cottage room number 93 which was actually behind the hotel and spa. However the view and the experience was amazing. The carpet could have more cleaner but overall it was very nice. Staff and the food spread was nice.
