I would stay again! Great facilities and very clean! Lovely clean rooms, facilities are great! The food wasn’t great, breakfast the porched eggs were hard, the bacon wasn’t cooked and at lunch the bread was stale! The food was advertised with a side of veggies for the kids but we didn’t receive anything. We pointed out these issues to staff who were great and assisted us but for the money you pay to stay there we shouldn’t have to!

Great service, food & facilities. Room was decent but bed not the best. Great value though. The facilities. Tired in places.

Return visit to reliable hotel. Rooms have kettles and tea bags and milk, beds are comfortable, showers are good. Spa is great (although 1 steam room needs foxing after 8 months...). Coffee and egg roll or croissants at the bar in the morning, drinks in the evening. All good.

The spa facilities were great. The room was comfortable with tea and coffee facilities. The bar and restaurant were great. The bathroom was a little dated and the room felt it could be updated.
The Drop Inn bar was a little rough around the edges.

The property was a great location. The bed was very comfy & the room was spotless We didn’t have our robes on arrival. I also requested (over the phone and via email) for a birthday slab. I was reassured on reception it was in the room, it wasn’t

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place. The location is beautiful, surrounded by greenery, with such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The spa was excellent, our room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Most of the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would happily return. Thank you for a lovely stay

Nice location but aspects of the room cleanliness were poor with badly stained carpeting and all the bedding had to be Convenient location for our purposes. We stayed for two nights . The room and en-suite were pleasant but the carpet was very badly stained and on inspection the pillows were stained and covered in hair . We complained and the bed was stripped and re made with new pillows and fresh linen . Nothing could be done about the carpet and we had to wear slippers for the duration of our stay .

We booked on an all inclusive package for 1 night for a cousins getaway. We had 2 rooms, access to the spa, dinner, bed and breakfast and free drinks 1800-2200 with £30 each towards dinner. An absolute bargain !
The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was excellent and the spa area lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Loads of choice at breakfast.
My only minor feedback was the horrible blue bands you have to wear on the inclusive package…make them gold..much more glamorous lol.
Can’t fault the place, we had a lovely 24 hrs.

If you have to! The gym is fine The breakfast including the staff was the worst on our whole holiday. The spread was bad, the coffee was bland and wesk and the staff was grumpy.

Average Reception good. Bed comfy. Lots of space in room. Adequate team and coffee. Lots of hanging space. Lovely setting. Nice walks detailed in the room. Good Wi-Fi. Decent price for size of room. Directions to room poor. Had to get extra directions. Door keys didn’t work and had to get new from reception. Awful pillow liner on one pillow. (See photos). Only discovered during the night. Utterly gross. Lots of black soap mould on shower riser and soap holder in bath. Just needed a good clean. Shower door over bath did not fit well and we had a small pool on the floor after a shower.
Asked for a fan in the room on booking. It was not there. Did not ask, as the temperature was ok.

A family stay Spa was lovely, although one room out of order, not ideal that my 12 year old wasn't allowed into the spa area even just on a sunlounger (shes very well behaved) so we had to take turns to stay with her in the main pool

Main reception was lovely and enjoyed the quirky little shops

We were staying due to the fact that our daughters prom was being held in one of the events rooms (which was fantastic)
There was a sports bottle full of juice on the floor near a bed, which seems the room wasn't cleaned very well, must have been left by previous guests

Although the room was booked for 4 people and an extra bed had been provided, there were only 3 mugs and 3 glasses provided, which I felt strange, beds and pillows not very comfy, all 4 of us didn't sleep well at all

Also woken by people chatting before 7am waiting for the gym to open, the corridors are a little tired, overall not bad, but don't think we would return unless there was another event happening

Very enjoyable weekend in a beautiful location. Room was good. Spa was lovely. Venue was great. The meal in the Drop Inn Pub was good, but had to wait a long time for it. Treatment was OK, but didn't last 25 minutes (only 20 minutes).
Tribute Act - Neil Diamond was good, but Barry Manilow was rubbish!
Plenty of choice for breakfast, but the Cooked breakfast was luke warm.

Great location, terrible food and service Great location, room was comfortable and quiet Staff service at front desk when checking in failed to give directions to drive to the room or set up ability to charge to the room as requested. Breakfast staff had to be asked multiple times to get tea and coffee and take our order, dinner in Drop Inn was terrible (fish that was mostly batter in fish and chips)

Very tasty food, though waitress service was a little slow we had an elderly waiter much better. Starter of olives could have done with the addition of olive oil and some french bread slices in addition to the olives but the rest of the food was great. Room comfortable and well presented.

I visited with 2 friends for a spa day and Afternoon tea. Absolutely fantastic! I had rebalance and restore package. Products used are beautiful. It included a wonderful back and back massage with facial. Used the spa facilities as well pool, sauna and steam room. Definitely highly recommend.
Afternoon tea was lovely although only 3 finger sandwiches and mainly sweet items. We booked for 1:30pm but didnt actually get served food until gone 2pm. So make sure you have plenty of time. Food was good 👍
