I was pleasantly surprised, good location lovely and cozy atmosphere, the room was clean and tidy the spa was very good, we also had some food and drinks at the restaurant (was lovely) and the staff was absolutely the best, perfect for a relaxing weekend 🧖‍♀️ Definitely Worth it, I will come back!
A plus is that is also dog friendly, on that note I would really like to give a big thank you for all the staff and all the people who where there ready to make sure to keep my dog safe when he decided to open the door of the room himself and run out while we where at the Spa 💗 you’re all appreciated!

Perfectly fine but overpriced. Cottage rooms are extremely basic, they don't provide conditioner or moisturiser. My bed was quite badly made. The doors all slam very loudly which makes it very noisy. Breakfast very pleasant though and staff all very nice.

Overnight break away to recharge batteries. Lots of choice on where to eat, Hotel bar, restaurant or pub, all slightly different menus. Purchased £119 deal( Dinner, bed& breakfast with access to spa area) through their website black friday 2022.

Outstanding, everything thing was perfect, great room, lovely spa, polite and accommodating staff, food was delicious. It was a fantastic way to spend time with my daughter for her 21st birthday.
With a special touch from the hotel when we entered out room.

They have now introduced times. 50 minutes in the thermal suite is just not long enough, they need to rethink this. As a group of three we visit the spa twice a year unfortunately we won’t be returning due to the short time you are allowed to soend in the thermal suite!

A lovely place for a mini break. Quiet and peaceful in the rural outskirts of Bolton close to the moors but also handy for city travel into Bolton, Blackburn and Manchester (and beyond). Good rail links. Handy for motorists. Staff friendly. Rooms spacious and quiet. Very good food, especially evening meal in the restaurant.

I stayed overnight as I was attending an event there. Firstly, the staff were really helpful and friendly, with no issues there. I stayed in one of the older rooms and it wasn't the best hotel room I've been in. Probably due a refurbishment, to be honest. Lots of loose threads around the borders of the carpets, patches of black mould on the sealant in the bathroom, stained toilet bowl ( due to age rather than lack of cleaning), ill-fitting shower screen resulting in large puddles of water on the bathroom floor. There were three radiators in the room, but only one worked, (two were missing the thermostatic vavle). The bathroom lock had at some point been broken off from the door and was glued into place (probably needs a new door, to be honest). There was no handset for the (very small) TV.
On the good side the room and bed were very large, lots of very hot water, very quiet and I got a good night's sleep.
We had a meal in the restaurant which was good, I'm vegetarian and there wasn't a fantastic choice but I managed to find something.
Public areas were clean and comfortable.
Overall, it was adequate for one night's stay, but I won't be returning.

We have stayed many times at the Last Drop and will definitely go many times again. The hotel is so friendly and there is a village with a separate pub to walk to in the little village on the grounds. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the food is amazing! The rooms are lovely and clean, the beds so comfortable I don't want to get up in the morning! and the bathrooms so modern and clean. It's a real pleasure to stay for a night and feel pampered! We love the hotel and have booked again to stay over Easter and I am even having my 60 Birthday there. it's just a lovely hotel to get away from pressures of life for a night. Thank you to all the staff for the hard work they put in and we look forward to coming to stay with you all again xxx

pleasant enough but now restrictive 3 of us stay here at least twice a year and all really like it. you now have to book to use the thermal suite and are now restricted to 50 minutes which for us was not long enough. We wasn’t made aware of this until check in.

Stunning rooms, food was amazing. The spa was good, shame that the infinity pool overlooked the car park and new house built plot. Would recommend and would visit again 😁

Attended a wedding and stayed over. Booked the restaurant for evening meal and were shunted to the 'pub' area instead. Same happened at breakfast - not thrilled. Also rooms had been double-booked causing our party a few issues. Sorted out eventually but again- not thrilled.
