I would like to stay again if the hotel could guarantee a bedroom which is not dog friendly. Good location. Good service from very friendly staff. Dogs are very welcome in the communal areas, even on the upholstered seating areas. The hotel is very proud of the fact that every bedroom is dog friendly and therefore the hotel is not suitable for someone allergic to dogs.

If you are allergic to dogs, there is no record kept to show if a dog has slept in the bedroom you have paid for. Dogs are very welcome in the communal areas even on the upholstered seating areas.
The hotel is not suitable for someone allergic to dogs.

Best weekend ever! Me and my partner booked a 2 night stay with breakfast and a 2 course dinner included at Last drop. We honestly couldn’t fault it. The food was amazing, the staff was so helpful and just happy and welcoming throughout our stay. The spa was incredible and so relaxing. The room we had was very clean and cosy with really comfy beds. We can not recommend Last drop Village enough. We have a wedding to go to next year which is near by and we have booked another weekend here. Well worth the money! I can’t believe how cheap it was to be honest.

After a disappointing stay in the Bridal Suite in December 2022, this stay was booked with a little trepidation but it was like staying in a completely different hotel and was a very pleasant experience.

On this visit I was given an executive double room which was spacious and comfortable and was in a very quiet area of the complex. I was very pleasantly surprised by the standard of the room.

We ate in the Courtyard Bar and the food was good, the plan was to get up early(ish) in the morning to use the pool but the room was so comfortable that getting to breakfast by 10.00am was a challenge as we had such a good nights sleep.

If I stay again it will be in this standard of room.

Had our wedding reception here and was such an amazing day! Was only a small wedding and we had a meal in private room which was decorated really nicely and the food was amazing. Liz was so nice and helpful, couldn’t have asked for more! :)

Room and service were excellent.

The spa is lovely with the Infinity pool. We had dinner in The Courtyard restaurant which was beautiful & opted for a late check-out the next day.

Overall, it was a great experience!

Surprisingly nice hotel. Didn't use the spa, so I can't comment, but the rooms were roomy and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty decent.

Perfect way to break up a long journey The spa is lovely, first thing in the morning when it is super quiet. Breakfast was great. Our room had very harsh hospital style lighting, not terribly relaxing.

Used a base for visiting friends Lovely location Getting a bit over priced as we never use the spa. Our room was a bit dated, lack of tea, coffee facilities, our towels and bathroom house coats we paid extra for as a bit of luxury were well used so much so we didn’t use them, certainly not worth the extra £15. We didn’t have house keeping during our stay which I’d expect at £270 for 2 nights and an extra £70 for breakfast made it very expensive.

We got married here on the 22nd july, what can i say but other than perfect from start to finish, liz who organised the wedding is a credit to the hotel and all her team. Made our day really special and took control of everything. The room the food for both buffets was outstanding!!! Everyone commented on how good everything was. The wedding suite we had was perfect, decorated for us with flower petals and swans made out of towels. The staff behind the bar was amazing nothing was too much trouble for them and all of them looked so smart and was really polite. The breakfast the morning after WOW not one person made a bad comment it was one of the best breakfasts if not thee best breakfast ive ever had!! The hotel is just perfect in every way. Do not hesitate in staying here or booking your wedding here because you will not find better!

As always enjoyed stay Our request for ground floor honoured. We use this hotel regularly when attending family engagement New regime of booking slots in spa didn’t think 50 minutes was quite long enough however understand how popular it is getting

A beautiful location for a place to chill and relax at leisure The location of the hotel was fantastic and the views utterly beautiful. The room was comfortable enough as we took a standard double. The amenities around the hotel were very good and was all well laid out. I was dissapointed with a few points. For being a higher end hotel this should really been taken better care of;
* the room dressing table was cluttered and was a little harder to get ready. A side table for the coffee would have been better
* The breakfast was the most disappointing. The portions were small and the food was undercooked
* This lead to the following which was the staff were pleasant enough, some more than others but they were completely and utterly uninterested. They were not welcoming and we were treated no better than getting a coffee from starbucks.

I chose the location and hotel because i was looking for a little luxury along the way of my trip but did not get the welcome or stay i was hoping to get.

Just back from an overnight spa break. Lovely hotel in lovely grounds. Evening meal was amazing , excellent chef and breakfast was superb. The staff are allextremely friendly and helpful in the bar restaurant and on reception. The hotel has a great ambiance and we would definitely return. The only negative is rooms were a bit dated and not the cleanest . They are in need of a good scrub and a makeover which would make the overall experience even better.

Leisure centre is awesome, I just really disliked the rooms - seriously outdated and more like those from a 2 star hotel - peeling paint and general wear and tear etc.
breakfast was ok - food lovely although staff did come across a bit stressed
