No issues Property is always clean, in a good location. The rise in prices to stay, coupled with the new charge to use the spa facilities, also they have implemented a booking system to use the Spa for only 50 mins between 13:00 - 19:00. Don’t serve ‘hot food’ after 21:30, asked for a Sticky Toffee pudding and was told no.

Ideal location and good service. Food was quite good although pizza toppings were rather odd and not at all traditional. Bathroom was dated and toiletries provided were poor. Some beautiful walks plus close to two golf courses.

We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past 3 years for birthdays and anniversaries and have thoroughly enjoyed every stay we have had, we always ensure to book the executive double and use the spa facilities. However, on our most recent stay we did not have the most enjoyable time; unfortunately the music playing around the swimming pool area was similar the night club music, (around 6-6.30pm) which was overly loud and not relaxing at all. We then headed into the hydro-pool which was not much warmer than the swimming pool where in the past when we've stayed it has usually been much hotter. This hasn't put us off staying in the future but just wanted to forward these issues that we have had from our recent stay.

My opinion I enjoyed the use of the spa facilities and the hotel itself very stunning building with a great deco to the inside. The staff there was super helpful and very welcoming. Our room wasn't as clean as id have hoped it to be. The glasses had smudges on them, the cups and station for tea and coffee was covered in dust and dirt I had to wash them myself to be able to use them. The complemtry chocolates left in the room has been opened and clearly touched.

The use of the hdryo pool, steam rooms, sauna. Breakfast was too expensive, chose to eat out at an alternative restaurant.
A little surprised that no member of staff was on duty in pool area,

A great 2 night stay. We hope to visit again and next time use the restaurant. We were visiting my son nearby so did not use the restaurant at all. Our room was fantastic, very spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool and steam sessions. It was all great. No complaints at all.

The staff are extremely excellent always smiling, polite and helpful.
The hotel is lovely, room good size little dated but doesn’t spoil your stay. The spa is well worth the money, clean but changing rooms dates and disabled shower room little cramped.

Exceptional The village was very nicely done and the spa facilities are great. Comfortable clean rooms Inconsistency in the rooms. We travelled in 2 groups. 1 group had robes slippers and chocolates on the pillow the other didnt get any of these. The rooms decor seem a little dated although they are nice.

Friendly staff
Pleasant room
Excellent soup. The “extra” house salad was lots of salad leaves and very big chunks of onion with very little else - disappointing.
The hotel suits me as it’s dog-friendly and behind it there is land and tracks to walk a dog - and me!
