Great potential but qas let down by a few things. The windows were locked so the room temperature was unable to be adjusted. Then we was woken up by workers blasting music early in the morning which resulted in a bad sleep. Staff really made the experience

Stayed for 1 night for dinner and then used the spa for a couple of treatments. the welcome was a delight and all the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Dinner was excellent and the bar was good value. The hotels dog friendly so a massive plus for us.

We stayed Friday and Saturday and got married in the last drop pennine suite. Everything was fabulous and we’re definitely going to go again. The spa was fabulous and a lovley thing to do before the wedding.

I feel it would benefit if trees where planted where the thermal suite is so you would be able to see the carpark and houses the view uset to be great , I was disappointed to find out that view had gone and you could see regular people dog walking and they could see you .. so the trees would definitely be a good touch .. the breakfast was good slightly cold but plenty to choose from . Room was lovely . And the staff couldn’t do enough at the drop inn .. all in all a brilliant trip apart from the view

Lovely hotel in a great location with lots of amenities. Quick and easy check in and out. Friendly and helpful staff. Food good. Nice room and clean. Quiet and very comfy. Enjoyed use of spa facilities of the swimming pool and hydro pool. Would highly recommend a stay here.

3 rd stay in in a few years luved every minute cannot fault it excellent food and staff . Very relaxing would highly recommend this place. Room very relaxing and bed slept like a baby keep up the good work will definitely return

The rooms was amazing, the food was incredible
We had really bad neighbours, rang the desk downstairs and the staff came up once . I had to then argue with next door at 1 in the morning to quote down which I was not happy about .

On the whole a positive 2 night break with friends. The hotel has everything you need under one roof, the staff were friendly and the meals and drinks were very good - we ate in the bar one night, breakfast and afternoon tea in the restaurant and pizza in the pub! Things we wished we’d known in advance…if you pay for breakfast upfront it’s cheaper, you only get a 50 minute slot in the pool and another 50 minute slot in the thermal pool per day. We were a group of 4 and could only be together on the Friday and were in 2 pairs on the Saturday. It is monitored as someone came round checking our names were on the list for that particular time slot! You can’t go between the pool and the thermal pool either. We were surprised to see children in the pool for a spa hotel too. Nothing against children playing in a pool, it was just a contrast to the relaxed atmosphere we were expecting. Unfortunately we didn’t sleep well due to loud music playing until 1.40am and then starting again at 7.30am. When it happened the 2nd night, we phoned reception and they were very quick to get the music stopped. I feel for the hotel as clearly it was once surrounded by fields but it’s now in a housing estate (albeit a nice one). The spa treatments were lovely and very relaxing. We’ve been to a few spa breaks and as long as your expectations are for a 3 star spa you’ll have a good time.

Had a very relaxed stay here in the courtyard. Spa facilities excellent and 2 course meal and breakfast was delicious. I would definitely recommend Last Drop Village to anyone looking for a relaxing night away.

£25 for a cheap bottle of wine is disgraceful. £2.60 got a bottle of tonic water is also disgraceful. That is the only thing that lets the hotel down, the overnight stay was lovely and I will visit again but won’t be drinking alcohol

All the staff were lovely, the rooms were nice, all areas clean and well presented, spa and pool are lovely and relaxing, but I think it's a shame you have to be 16 to use the infinity pool. The food was exceptional as were the cocktails.

We chose the “be restful” treatment, ~ back massage and express facial.
I can’t fault anything, the whole experience was lovely, Maria, in particular was fantastic, such a lovely young lady, and a wonderful masseur. The whole day was super, the afternoon tea, totally delicious! Just one tiny gripe, my two sisters would have appreciated a private area for undressing!

really clean rooms and genera areas around the hotel. great price for what it is also! loved absolutely everything about it! staff were really friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. there’s a little cute village type area around the back with shops and a pub. check it out!

The plan was just to show her how much she means to me.
The room was amazing the service was fantastic.

Overnight stay with my friend. Excellent value. We had a good chill in the facilities, then a lovely dinner. We stayed over and left after having breakfast. There was plenty of choice and it was well cooked. Overall we had a great time and would do it again

All was ok apart spa treatment which was omitted. On the end we received 30min instead 50min massage which was paid up front. Wrong email was sent to me. We have got apologies but still the best part was not received in full. Shame
