First time in a great place Great customer service and excellent facilities. We are definitely going to visit again. There is nothing we didn't like here. We had to wait a bit to get into our room as the card wasn't working on the door, but the staff moved us into a much better and expensive room to compensate for that.

Loved the venue, despite new houses built up to the "infinity pool " omg what a joke. The steam room wasn't steaming and smelled of stinky feet, the other steamy room wasn't working either. The time slot we had for the infinity etc was a joke. Total free for all. Packed. Chaos. I gave up. I'd brought my daughter as a thank you and felt I'd let her down. The room was lovely although up 79 stairs! I'm disabled. The meal. Omg. The steak was MASSIVELY over salted. Sent back. I had cheese board instead. Daughter had garlic bread. No sustenance. The massage was ok just run of the mill. Won't be back

All 3 of us enjoyed our weekend very much. All staff were very helpful & caring. Food was excellent. Our family room was very comfortable & the bathroom was clean & had a walk in shower & a bath. Spa & pool were lovely.

The staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. The room was a good size, clean and comfortable. It was also lovely and warm unlike so many hotels. The main problem I had was in the bar area when ordering food. I waited over an hour for what turned out to be a dried out chicken burger. I suspect it had been forgotten about and left waiting to keep it warm. By the time it arrived I was too hungry to refuse it. I think the member of staff I spoke to about it should have offered a refund on the meal. The restaurant was great, and lunch in the lounge the next day was fab.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Did not have breakfast but had dinner in the restaurant on two nights and the food was superb on both occasions. My one complaint is that the checking in system is chaotic. You are not allowed to check in before 2pm and by that time a long queue of guests waiting to check in had formed which got even longer over the next hour, at times stretching out the front door of reception.

Was really looking forward to celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary here however, as a whole it was a bit of a let down. Spa facilities would be more enjoyable if they were monitored and people didn't get rowdy and were allowed to constantly take photos and Snapchat. It really takes away from the experience. Nothing special about the infinity pool either. You literally look over a full car park and new build houses. Staff however are friendly and wonderful. I wouldn't say the romantic package we paid for was worth the money either. The hotel grounds and the building itself is actually beautiful.

Had a NHS stay on a Sunday night. The hotel was busy. Room and food excellent and staff pleasant. Unbelievably good value at around 60£ for bed, breakfast, evening meal, spa and bar voucher ! We will definitely recommend and return.

Words cannot express how much we would recommend this place
From start to finish the staff went above and beyond to make the day special. Fantastic location and beautiful rooms and setting. The whole experience was top drawer. No wonder they have been voted the gest wedding venue. Well deserved

The location of the Last Drop Village prompted our stay as we had both known of the hotel when we lived in the North West. Unfortunately we were disappointed as we were hoping to have a luxury stay, unfortunately the hotel appeared to aim for the commercial and business events

Beautiful place. Hold a lot of history in its building and areas. Such a Cosey vibe. Perfect for all occasions. Seen a slight decline since last time I stayed but for sure worth a visit if you haven’t been before and grab a good deal!

Pleasant Wall very thin so could hear what was going on across the corridor. Would of been nice to have better quality pillows. Room was freezing when we first arrived as the radiators weren't on.

Very good Lovely place to take the children for an overnight stay. Lovely food. Comfortable beds. A little dated in some area's. Clean but dusty lights and plug sockets.

overtly commercialised the location is stunning. The waiting staff were very attentive and helpful especially Zoe the hotel appear to have a distinctive aim which they appear to achieve very well. unfortunately despite the professionalism of the team; our stay wasn’t the stay we had hoped to be.

Quirky Ye Olde hotel. Lovely friendly staff. Relaxing atmosphere. Dog friendly. Spa overlooking car park is a little unnerving , felt awkward getting my case out being goggled at, don't know how they felt.

Had a lovely stay at Last drop village last week. The food was lovely we stayed on the winter package.

We got told to come out of the e spa even though there was hardly anyone in which was a bit disappointing.
The room had some mould in it, carpet a bit minging and could do with upgrading.

Overall a lovely stay and would stay again, great value
