Great place , full of friendly people.
Longer spa sessions was told we could only book 15 minute slots, but it wasn’t really busy at all

Contemplated around 4-5 different hotels for our wedding anniversary break but chose last drop as it seemed to have everything we wanted and it did. It’s a quirky hotel surrounded by its own little village. Will return

I had to be in the area early one morning so used this place as a base. The facilities are great and the rooms very comfortable. The girl on reception was welcoming but I felt she rushed through the booking in process even though we were the only people checking in. The bar staff were efficient but need a bit less robotic. . The spa was good although it felt more like a public baths as you could only book a 50 min slot to use the pool.

We decided to take the motor bike instead of the car. Reception seemed to dislike motorcyclist. Given a room number by check in online that was changed by Reception so i don't even think we got the room we paid for. We dont like snobs and wont stay there again.

Great location.
Lovely room with walk in shower. Close to reception, restaurant and bar. Good breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay
The staff were outstanding. Friendly and attentive, always ready to help and sort things out.
Rom was small but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good with kitchen staff making sure buffet was regularly replenished despite large numbers of guests.
Spa is an excellent facility with a good sized pool and excellent thermal suite. Online booking was clunky and links didin't work.
The pool could have clearer and larger signes indicating that one side is meant for lane swimming when people want to do that

The whole experience was fabulous from start to finish,it's a great homely hotel,nothing flash and pretentious, but extremely welcoming and relaxing and well run . I suffer food allergies( gluten & dairy) and thoroughly recommend staying and eating here. All the staff in the restaurant and dining areas were aware of my allergies and checked when taking my my orders and again when they delivered my food ( I e-mailed them ahead of my arrival). They made my experience so relaxing and reassuring .The menu is written well with allergens noted .I'm not vegan so they adjusted a dish from the main menu to accommodate me,its the first time I've been able to have a decent three course meal in a restaurant in a long while. The hotel staff are very polite and helpful and genuinely seem to to love their jobs.The spa is very nice & well run with lovely helpful and polite staff . The whole experience was so relaxing we felt like we had been away for more than one night . I shall certainly stay again

We had a beautiful wedding in the Harmony Suite. Liz, Mia and Jacqueline were all fantastic with helping us to plan the day and Nasser (our MC for the day). The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfectly tand everyone was happy.

My friend and I booked the Revive 50 package and loved every minute of our stay.
The spa was lovely and both of our massages were really good. The grounds are nice and we sat outside the pub in the sun. Room was nice, staff friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Good selection at breakfast . I will definitely be returning.

Property is always clean, in a good location.
The rise in prices to stay, coupled with the new charge to use the spa facilities, also they have implemented a booking system to use the Spa for only 50 mins between 13:00 - 19:00. Don’t serve ‘hot food’ after 21:30, asked for a Sticky Toffee pudding and was told no.

Ideal location and good service. Food was quite good although pizza toppings were rather odd and not at all traditional. Bathroom was dated and toiletries provided were poor. Some beautiful walks plus close to two golf courses.

Paid £40 for 2 adults 2 kids for breakfast, was nothing delicious , we was waiting for coffee to long, on the end they brought us English breakfast which was not delicious at all bar and drinks was ok
The next day we went for dinner, same experience
11 adults 11 kids same story, anything we ordered nothing was delicious, and we paid £550

We have stayed at the hotel several times over the past 3 years for birthdays and anniversaries and have thoroughly enjoyed every stay we have had, we always ensure to book the executive double and use the spa facilities. However, on our most recent stay we did not have the most enjoyable time; unfortunately the music playing around the swimming pool area was similar the night club music, (around 6-6.30pm) which was overly loud and not relaxing at all. We then headed into the hydro-pool which was not much warmer than the swimming pool where in the past when we've stayed it has usually been much hotter. This hasn't put us off staying in the future but just wanted to forward these issues that we have had from our recent stay.

Excellent staff making for a very pleasant stay
Friendly staff, good food and very comfortable bed. The pool is perfect for leisurely swim or workout and enjoyed the spa. didn’t get to see all of the grounds or experience the pub!
