The place is OK for the price.

We had a deal with two treatments, spa access, evening meal, overnight stay, and breakfast.

The food was really good quality, and really tasty too.

The room was lovely and spacious with a huge bed.

The spa facilities are average. As people have said, it's a bit of a let down being in an infinity pool that overlooks a car park and people's front rooms! There is nothing luxe about it.

The spa treatments are good as long as you get the right therapist.

The staff are all very friendly, once you get their attention.

The little mini village is cute, and there are plenty of things to do.

We stayed this weekend, when it was extremely hot, and suffered for it. We managed to acquire the last fan in the hotel, but it made little to no difference.

We paid for a room upgrade which included water, chocolates and ESPA goodies. These had not been put in the room. We had to ask twice for these to be provided.

Overall, it was OK for the price, but it has no wow factor to make you want to return.

Amazing staff. Small rooms. The staff couldn't do more for you. Infact it was a very hot evening and they had run out of fans, explaining my dog was struggling in the hot room the staff went out and purchased more! The spa was nice and relaxing. The hotel is huge and there's plenty of space to go and have a drink/food in different locations, all dog friendly too. Breakfast was incredible, loads of choice and super fresh. Plenty of grounds to exercise your dog too. The room was small, and the carpets didn't look the cleanest, also smelt a bit like smoke. I would say expensive. Evening food (pizza round the back pub) wasn't great.

Awful service! Booked this hotel for our guests for our wedding close by. We went to stay prior to the wedding to check it out. Rooms are dated, service is shockingly poor when asking for assistance. Booking is not done through the hotel and confusing if you want to ask anything. 50% of our guests had a bad experience here. Watch out for all the extras they charge you for too…
Won’t be going back!

Treated myself to a spa visit and was not disappointed.
I had a fabulous relaxing back, neck and scalp massage from Ria, who was very welcoming and took time to ensure everything was just right for me. Thank you Ria.

For a large and busy hotel the atmosphere is friendly and the service attentive.
I arrived after lunch, but just needed to relax with a cup of tea and a sweet treat. Despite it being outside the usual service times the server - Niamh - went out of her way to track down something from the kitchen to fill the bill.

It's little touches like this from staff members who care for their customer that made my short stay at the Last Drop very pleasant indeed and far beyond a standard experience.

tricky to book in on line and confusion over payment of the booking - was told on arrival then the day before whilst travelling was told it had to be done before arrival. Arrival at the hotel was not over friendly. Rooms were tired and needed updating and no air con in the rooms - stayed beforehand in a premier inn in the middle of manchester for half the price with much better service and quality - wonder how long before they knock it down and build houses ?

Great leisure hotel, food and spa were excellent. Room large and comfortable for sisters sharing. Staff excellent although struggled to get a good Pimms! Wedding in hotel did not impinge on us at all.

This was a lovely place to stay which is modern & clean in all areas.
The only thing missing from what I would usually expect is bottled water & biscuits in room but luckily I took a drink flask & filled with flavoured water in reception area. My husband takes a lot of medication so the water is essential for him. Tip for me is to take bottled water which I forgot this time - I was willing to buy some locally but nearest shop was down a steep hill
Did not spoilt our stay though

We stayed at the hotel overnight and the whole time was excellent. One of the main reasons we chose the hotel was for the vegan menu and we were not disappointed - staying in hotels and eating there as vegans can be difficult but this hotel has one of the best vegan menus and the food is outstanding. Our room was in the courtyard and it was lovely, quiet and clean. All the hotel staff are professional and courteous, and the spa is excellent - you do need to book to use some of its options.

Several issues - i expected to do with cutting maintenance in favour of new buildings around the site.
Been here several times over the last year. Not awful, and its a nice location. But the food is pricey and the breakfast (£17 for anything) is a rip-off for what looks like multipack mini muffins and dry croissants. The spa is nice, but a bit run down. The view was ruined a few years ago by the hundred or so new builds. So you can lean out and stare at the retirees through their bedroom windows... fun.

Our whole experience was delightful from beginning to end.Every member of staff were attentive, nothing was too much trouble. We can’t recommend this place enough. The spa facilities are great complimented nicely by the relaxing atmosphere of the whole place. Exactly what we needed to get away from it all and recharge. Big thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

The food was very good , we got free gowns and slippers for the spa and a glass of bubbles when we signed it

A hidden oasis , we stop in the area quite often as soon as we arrived we were greeted with a smile . Lovely clean room . Number 15 perfect spot . Nice food served quickly and with a smile . I asked one on the staff to clear a table so we could eat . ‘ off course give me a moment’ .Last night we ate in a very expensive restaurant in London City and stopped at hotel 100% more expensive. This place knocked it into a cocked hat . Jake and I think Kelly were perfect hosts . Lovely staff and perfectly pitched food . Well done .

Very good as usual We have stayed a few times. We love the location, the clean rooms, friendly and informative staff. Always enjoy the breakfasts. This time we wanted room service at 8pm. We were told there wasn’t any for an hour because the kitchen was busy. If the kitchen is too busy, understandably at supper time, it should be made clear on the menu - it was disappointing and resulted in a car trip to Sainsburys as we only wanted a snack after a six hour journey.

Beautiful location and fantastic spa facilities with some friendly staff. However, on the whole staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. That being said, clean rooms and good value for money overall

From the beginning to the end what can I say what a truly amazing experience our wedding coordinator was AMAZING (Mia) she was in hand whenever we needed to talk through anything with her and re assured us. The whole day ran like clockwork with both us and our guests in awe of how well it all came together. We will alway recommend the last drop village to anyone who is thinking of getting married and anyone who is wanting a beautiful hotel to stay at. Once agin a big thank you to all the staff at the last drop village but an extra special thank you to Mia. Mr & Mrs Swift (David & Cheryl)
