Spent the day at the last drop village yesterday for my friends wedding and what a fab day it was, all the staff were so friendly, welcoming, professional and efficient, Dylan bless him for a young lad he absolutely smashed the bar job, even when it was busy and he was alone on the bar it didn't seem to faze him, go on lad! Thanks to all the staff there for making my friends wedding special and all the hard work that was put into it, a truly memorable experience for us all!

Booked for 3 nights. Extended to 4 nights on day 2. Love the tranquility and definitely the spa.
However in our stay here the pub, apart from Sunday Lunch, hasn't been open and most of the shops are closed. We came Sunday to Thursday.

Fantastic place ! We really enjoyed our stay at the Last Drop Village Hotel . Spa was amazing , very clean and good facilities . Our room was very spacious and we've had all what we needed :) Delicious breakfast and very nice staff everywhere around ! We will definitely be back for more !

Stayed here with friends for the NHS discount package. Firstly I would like to compliment the staff, particularly the waiting on staff for both evening meal and breakfast. Excellent service, very attentive and nothing too much trouble. Food was lovely, the best steak I have tasted in ages. Breakfast is made to order and brought to your table which is a refreshing change to the normal buffet breakfast in most hotels.

Breakfast was fine no issues
The spa wasn't great, the smell in the aroma room wasnt a attractive smell and seeped out into the lounging area, one room wasn't working either. Very small suggestion for a small win, the clock could look better and be replaced (an old discoloured classroom clock) and give it a more classy feel. The bed area could be a bit more relaxing or cosier. Hydrotherapy pool was lovely!! The treatment part was a bit chaotic. My partner and I booked the same treatment but had totally different and apparently booked a scalp massage which we definitely didn't but I think there had been a bit of a mix up for others aswell.massage was gorgeous though. The pub area was really unclean in the evening, floor littered with crisp packets, i think some children had been there and it wasn't cleaned up so couldn't sit there, couldn't use the other Inn as the round table were in. All in all it was a good stay but a few changes could make it much nicer. No complaints about the room though, bed was comfy, room was lovely. Really cannot complain for the cost. Just an open and honest feedback. Cant be easy having so many guests!

Beautiful place that made every effort to make sure that our stay was perfect. We stayed at the last drop inn for a wedding that was taking place there. The venue was lovely and the grounds were also stunning.

Last month we had the most perfect of times celebrating our wedding day at the Last Drop Village Hotel.
Our family group stayed for two days, the rooms were lovely, food delicious, and the staff very friendly and helpful. We did have a couple of blips regarding mistakes made with the guest reservations, but things were sorted and we have been assured that those issues will be looked at to ensure the same problem doesn’t happen for other people.
A big shout out to our wedding coordinator Jacqueline. She looked after us wonderfully over a 20 month period and was invaluable in rearranging everything twice due to Covid.
Jackie was so personable and happy to accommodate all sorts of little requests we made, and we always felt confident that our big day was in safe hands. She is the perfect person for the role! Also a thank you goes to her colleague Liz for being hugely involved with our arrangements.
When the day arrived Jackie was on hand every step of the way to ensure the smooth running of all our plans, supported brilliantly by the lovely Sarah.
Our restaurant manager and ‘MC’ was Franco, who was utterly charming, extremely helpful and very efficient. The marriage ceremony, drinks reception, wedding breakfast, and the evening celebration all ran smoothly and all our guests had a wonderful time. We can’t thank Franco and his team enough.
A mention is also needed about the fabulous staff in the Drop Inn who went above and beyond to ensure our evening reception ran smoothly, and who meticulously packed all our table decor away with great care then helped us move things back over to our room in the early hours.
We shall certainly be back regularly to the Last Drop Hotel to visit our happy place and relive our special memories.

The whole stay was brilliant. The staff were friendly and helpful, very accommodating with food allergies. The spa with the thermal pool and sauna, steam room and others was really nice and we loved it. Definitely going again.

Excellent service from hotel restaurant and spa. We had a spa voucher from 2 years ago so decided to book an overnight stay as well. They had an nhs offer on which was great value and reception staff were more than happy to swap our original booking to this which saved us money. Highly recommend.

Visited the the last drop for an overnight break with my husband. Its a lovely hotel in a great location and we've stayed here many times before and will no doubt be coming back again in the near future.

Where do I start...Had our wedding here, and from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for wedding co-ordinator Liz! Every request was met with a definate Yes! Staff ensured the day ran like clockwork. Planning during a pandemic is stressful but Liz Blackmore was with us every step of the way with reassuring words. From the day we met her we had every confidence that we could put our trust in her to ensure our big day went to plan and it couldnt have gone better. Liz is a real credit to the hotel I cant stress that enough!! If your looking for a wedding venue look no further, I can assure you, you will not be dissapointed. Even though this hotel is found in what feels like the middle of a housing estate, the hotel is all things to a wide range of guests. A resort hotel for those wanting a Spa break with a difference, to a business traveler wanting a room to lay down in to a conference and wedding facility, the Last drop has it all. My room was very nice, the shower excellent, dinner was good as was breakfast the welcoming was warm. If I’m in the area again, I would go back without a doubt.

Poor service & Bathroom had hair on the floor which wasn't very pleasant cleaning that up!!! Also was a building site right outside the pool which completely spolit the experience. Workmen looking at you as they walked literally passed the pool area!!!

Where do i start, was surprised with a wonderful relaxed spa break with my friend from my gorgeous daughter. Relax me massage with Holly was amazing, i was so relaxed i nodded off.
Then lunch in the bar, 2pm check in to our courtyard cottage room, it was so comfy. Quiet and chilled. Then off to the thermal pool for a dip and a swim in the swimming pool, there are steam rooms and a jacuzzi too. We were trully relaxed by this time, so off to our room for a nap and shower ready for our evening meal. Three courses, all delicious. Then drinks in the bar which was very busy and noisy. Off to bed and i could not sleep, people above us walking around all night and people in room next to us snoring so loudly, i thought they were moving furniturelol. Now for breakfast, was really looking forward to it as were told it was good. It came out so quickly but was cold. I asked Zoe one of the waiting on staff if they could warm it and was greeted with a grunt and a scowl, no customer service skills at all. She never once spoke, everyone else were lovely. Overall a lovely experience spoiled by someone with no manners, we will be back but will eat breakfast elsewhere

Having to struggle with luggage up a lot of stairs😱. Be aware there is NO lift. We are older so we really couldn’t cope with that.
