an enjoyable stay and would recommend. Nice room (though rather cold), very clean. Pleasant bar area, friendly staff. Only issue was ordering coffee at breakfast but it never came (very busy at breakfast)

Had a lovely time with my sister, great food and drink and a most chilling time in the spa and pool area.Stayed before for New Year’s eve with friends which was also a very enjoyable experience, will be coming back again.

Booked a cottage room and was given a family room with 4 beds . Carpet was badly stained . Evening meal and breakfast was good but slightly over priced. 3 scoops of ice cream in a bowl £8 !!! Breast of chicken £18.95 Staff were all very pleasant Charging guests £30 for use of pool and spa which isn’t mentioned until you arrive in your room . Probably avoid a future visit .

Large room, nice food in restaurant.
Large queue for check in then wasn't ready. Booked Exec room but wasn't in Exec block. Room dated and poorly cleaned. Dust and flies on window sill. Stains on carpet. Complex very busy and noisy. Queues to sit and eat.

The rooms are excellent. The staff are as friendly as can be - nothing is too much trouble.
The spa facillities are super - I can recommend the neck, shoulders and back massage.
Another reccomendation is for EV owners - they have EV chargers in the car park.

Was really looking forward to our stay although only one night. It was disappointing from check in to check out. On arrival guests were queuing out of the door, when we got to the front of the queue we were told our room wasn't ready and told to wait.
We booked an Executive Room. When we got into the room (which wasn't in the Executive Block) it was dated and a little dirty. Flies and dust on windowsill, dust on frames, black marks and stains on the carpet throughout. The size of the room and bed was good, but room didn't reflect the pictures on the website.

Received an email on morning of checkout asking we check out on line prior to leaving. It asked us to provide a checkout time and leave key at reception. Despite the email asking what time we'd be checking out, the key card instantly deactivates. This meant we couldn't get back into our room after breakfast. This should be communicated in the email!
Best part of our stay was the food, buffet breakfast hot, fresh and good selection. Afternoon tea very nice.

Stayed here for 2 nights for our daughter's wedding nearby. Room was comfy and clean. We did squeeze in a spa the evening before which was very pleasant. At breakfast there was a good choice of food, but the service was erratic. No coffee after requesting it 4 times. The bar staff in the main bar and at The Drop Inn were friendly and pretty efficient.

Die Atmosphäre von dem Hotel ist wirklich toll,ist wie ein schönes kleines englisches Dorf. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker,das Frühstücksbuffet war vielseitig und gut! Was ich nicht so gut fand war das das Licht auf dem Flur die ganze Nacht gebrannt hat und die Türen hatten große Spalten,sodass das Zimmer nachts sehr hell war,haben an der Rezeption gefragt sie sagte nur man könnte da nix machen . Man könnte Bewegungsmelder installieren und gleichzeitig Energie sparen.
Aber im Großen und Ganzen kann ich es sehr weiter empfehlen👍

the infinity hot tub used to have a view of the hills and now has a big housing estate as a view- not tbe hotels fault but still a disappointment

Very basic, rooms need updating!
I didn’t like how you had to go outside to get to your room, especially as it was pouring with rain. Also the steps were slippery and just a bit of a pain to get to. The heating didn’t work either, so it wasn’t the best stay.

If you are traveling a distance it’s an idea location to park up Felix and enjoy . Staff are all helpful and friendly.

I was so impressed by the hotel service and staff initially .The room was lovely and the food / bar staff- Jake were excellent but the first morning the huge queue for breakfast tables me at I couldn't wait and on my second day I filled a room service order in ...only for it not be collected ...the manager was very apologetic and promised to email me with a return stay offer ...when I didn't hear I followed it up and was told the manager would email me ...I am still waiting ...this kind of poor communication by managers let's the whole hotel down all staff in the bar reception and spa were 5 star poor response to customer feedback and a failure to deliver on promises and follow up suggest a lack of regard for customer service by the management team who need to looks their staff for how to do it !

The whole experience was amazing! The staff and facilities were brilliant. The cleanliness and location of the rooms are exceptional. My view from balcony overlooking a fountain was amazing! Gutted on day of leaving but will definitely be returning. Loved it!

The area is beautiful! Staff are all professional and offer a high standard of customer service. The room itself was in such a perfect location overlooking a fountain.
The facilities are top notch.. The gymnasium is very impressive however their thermal suite is amazing!
