Lovely hotel ,large comfortable room. Most of staff friendly & helpful especially Tracey in the Spa. Disappointed that the tea room was not open mid week. Food was good in both the Drop in pub & the restaurant bar

My opinion
I enjoyed the use of the spa facilities and the hotel itself very stunning building with a great deco to the inside. The staff there was super helpful and very welcoming.
Our room wasn't as clean as id have hoped it to be. The glasses had smudges on them, the cups and station for tea and coffee was covered in dust and dirt I had to wash them myself to be able to use them. The complemtry chocolates left in the room has been opened and clearly touched.

A great 2 night stay. We hope to visit again and next time use the restaurant.
We were visiting my son nearby so did not use the restaurant at all. Our room was fantastic, very spacious and airy. The bed was very comfortable. Loved the pool and steam sessions.

The hotel is lovely, room good size little dated but doesn’t spoil your stay. The spa is well worth the money, clean but changing rooms dates and disabled shower room little cramped.

really lovely setting , enjoyed our night here will be booking again next year on our first anniversary
we didnt use the sp area as the weather was amazing, we enjoyed the walks around the hotel and visiting the quaint shops

The village was very nicely done and the spa facilities are great. Comfortable clean rooms
Inconsistency in the rooms. We travelled in 2 groups. 1 group had robes slippers and chocolates on the pillow the other didnt get any of these. The rooms decor seem a little dated although they are nice.

Great value and amazing time! Keep it up everyone. I couldn’t recommend here enough. The welcoming was amazing. Staff very helpful everywhere. Spa was perfect. The room was tidy too. Definitely will be back again.

Excellent soup. The “extra” house salad was lots of salad leaves and very big chunks of onion with very little else - disappointing.
The hotel suits me as it’s dog-friendly and behind it there is land and tracks to walk a dog - and me!

Excellent hotel. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely little village and spa. Would highly recommend this hotel. Clean room. Quite and peaceful hotel. Close to Bromley cross station.

the location very quite, well set out, had even thing you needed within the village. the leisure facilities were amazing even the pool, big open window looking out. The Hotel laid food on till later, with it been a concert local. very helpful staff, even had a list of taxi companies. very friendly and polite staff.

I just got married here on the 3rd june and honestly i dont have to words to say truly incredible it was.
I started with jaqueline as my wedding co ordinator before she went on maternity and i was then in the best of hands with Mia and liz. They could not have done more for me if they had tried. They did everything to make sure my day was perfect.
I was definitely a worried bride, always panicking about things and both mia and liz were always on the other end of the phone or email to reassure me. They went above and beyond, to the point they were practically my bridesmaids on the day, they took care of everything nothing was to much. The morning of the wedding naturally my belongings were scattered everywhere they literally carefully took everything and made sure it was all safe this was something that meant a lot especially during a stressful morning, i hadnt a single worry about the venue whatsoever.
The wedding itself was incredible, the room the staff everything all were out of this world. I couldnt of asked for anything more honestly. Mia and liz were by my side the day before running around with me helping me do the little bits i had to do, always there incase i needed a drink or something to eat.
I cannot recommend this venue highly enough especially the penine suite. The whole day i felt the most important person in the world.
I wish i could do more to thank mia and liz because my wedding wouldnt have been what it was without them both, there fantastic experienced wedding planners and if your looking for a stunning venue this is it.

Allison and I cannot praise high enough the professionalism of Liz Blackmore the wedding coordinator and of course her wonderful team. Our wedding was planned and executed to a very precise and high standard. The attention to detail was second to none. Our wedding breakfast was outstanding ( highly recommend the beef ) . The whole experience from arriving on the Friday evening to my wife and I leaving on the Sunday morning was flawless. All the staff of the hotel were so helpful and pleasant, it made it an absolute pleasure to stay.

We stayed in the Cottage suite which was very nice. Bed very comfortable and bathroom recently modernised.
Reception team very helpful and even sorted us out with breakfast as the phone lines had been down when we were trying to book the Spa.
Overall a lovely experience.
