I just got married here on the 3rd june and honestly i dont have to words to say truly incredible it was.
I started with jaqueline as my wedding co ordinator before she went on maternity and i was then in the best of hands with Mia and liz. They could not have done more for me if they had tried. They did everything to make sure my day was perfect.
I was definitely a worried bride, always panicking about things and both mia and liz were always on the other end of the phone or email to reassure me. They went above and beyond, to the point they were practically my bridesmaids on the day, they took care of everything nothing was to much. The morning of the wedding naturally my belongings were scattered everywhere they literally carefully took everything and made sure it was all safe this was something that meant a lot especially during a stressful morning, i hadnt a single worry about the venue whatsoever.
The wedding itself was incredible, the room the staff everything all were out of this world. I couldnt of asked for anything more honestly. Mia and liz were by my side the day before running around with me helping me do the little bits i had to do, always there incase i needed a drink or something to eat.
I cannot recommend this venue highly enough especially the penine suite. The whole day i felt the most important person in the world.
I wish i could do more to thank mia and liz because my wedding wouldnt have been what it was without them both, there fantastic experienced wedding planners and if your looking for a stunning venue this is it.

Allison and I cannot praise high enough the professionalism of Liz Blackmore the wedding coordinator and of course her wonderful team. Our wedding was planned and executed to a very precise and high standard. The attention to detail was second to none. Our wedding breakfast was outstanding ( highly recommend the beef ) . The whole experience from arriving on the Friday evening to my wife and I leaving on the Sunday morning was flawless. All the staff of the hotel were so helpful and pleasant, it made it an absolute pleasure to stay.

Great service. Always with a smile and in a Beautiful setting
We stayed in the Cottage suite which was very nice. Bed very comfortable and bathroom recently modernised.
Reception team very helpful and even sorted us out with breakfast as the phone lines had been down when we were trying to book the Spa.
Overall a lovely experience.

Wonderful location, fantastic staff who went above and beyond to ensure we had the information we needed. The room was beautiful (the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in).
I wish we had more time to explore the grounds. We will definitely be booking another stay in the future

We stoped at the last drop village on a last minute booking it’s a very nice hotel lovely surroundings ad the staff are absolutely amazing they go above and beyond to make your stay welcome. We will be definitely stopping here again..

Fantastic
Beautiful location, staff were amazing and super helpful. The room was fantastic and had the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to a family emergency so didn’t get to sample the breakfast or the spa, but we will definitely be booking another stay soon.

Superb
The facilities were excellent, everything you need in one place and very accommodating after a late concert keeping their bar open for the several guests that were arriving late after the show. All staff were lovely and very efficient. Will be back to enjoy their facilities better next time.

The bed was comfy staff friendly and the extra bonus after we attended pink concert the hotel put on a late bar and pizza service.
Rooms were basic for the money would have liked to have bottled water in the room and maybe a little biscuit for the cup of tea

A very enjoyable stay and would recommend to others visiting Bolton. We stayed to attend a concert at the Bolton Arena (around 15-20 mins taxi ride) - the hotel was reasonably priced for the 1 night taking into consideration the free spa access and free parking. Our executive room was comfortable and the bed was nice but the overall room and bathroom is just quite standard and not what I would call ‘executive’. The spa was a great perk to the stay - again like the room, it’s not overly luxurious but it does provide a nice way relax and unwind after a long journey. The food at the main/bar restaurant was very good and so to the breakfast. The other outbuildings for the pub are a bit dated but the main bar is a nice place to hang out. All in all a pleasant stay.
