Definitely stay again
Reception / check was flawless, room was big, comfortable and had nice touches such as robes and chocolates. Replenishing of tea and coffee, free use of pool and thermal pool. Bar staff really helpful too. Would stay again.
Breakfast a little greasy for my taste however plenty of choice for continental. Shame houses are being built so close but certainly didn't take away from a lovely stay. Car Park was very busy with questionable parking by some guests.

Great location to catch up with friends. Access to gym and spa really added to the experience.
Fantastic to have access to the fitness centre and spa. Well equipped gym and the pool was never too full. Infinity pool in the spa was really relaxing. Really comfy bed and lovely bedding. Good size room and a plus to have the shops and grounds to explore.
Some of the decor a little tired. Curtain linings a slightly ripped.

We had a lovely stay the staff were very friendly and welcoming, the restaurant had most things on the menu altered as gluten frww oprion and i had no problems with any of the food. By far the best menu options i have seen as a ceoliac. We booked 2 rooms and stayed with 2 of our friends as we eloped and got married it was a beautiful hotel and i cant thank the staff enough they really do go out of their way for the customers . Definitely worth the money.

Thankyou to everyone at the last drop hotel for an amazing stay .. I was celebrating a very special occasion with my daughter and I could not have wished for more! The accommodation facilities and food was fabulous. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff which we found so helpful and personable. We had the opportunity to relax and enjoy and certainly will be visiting again very soon Thankyou to all at the last drop hotel and spa

Polite friendly staff ....the young lady who works in the spa reception who has ear lost was very helpful and friendly i have been to the spa twice this year and both times shes made my experience very nice and welcoming.

Had a great time, room looked recently updated, food was surprisingly good which I didn't expect had evening meal and breakfast. Thermal journey was good had to argue to get 2 X 45 in the spa not one in the spa and one in the pool. The sun was shining which helps but outside was a very nice place to sit and drink beer

Good bit of afternoon tea, pools were great. There was one of the steam rooms that smelt rancid. My main gripe was the reservation part : spa staff don't seem to understand the phonetic alphabet and not very responsive to emails.
It would have been nice if additional treatment options were suggested (even at additional cost).

A lovely experience, the spa is amazing and staff are very friendly.
The room was a lovely size and the bed was very comfortable, although could have used a little updating, the hair dryer was definitely an experience!

It's such a shame that all those houses have been built within the grounds. It completely takes away from the rural feel of the hotel and it now just feels oddly dumped in a housing estate. I honestly can't believe that Emerson group acquired this for £4mil and are now building enough houses to make at least £36mil!!!! And they have ruined an area for the people of Bolton. Why has this planning been allowed? Awful! It's such a shame as the spa was lovely but it just doesn't have he same feel now.

We only used the pool and the thermal spa but it was lovely.We had afternoon tea,Isobel who looked after us was an absolute star,nothing was too much trouble,she is a credit to the work place,lovely lovely lady.

Staff we amazing and very friendly, great atmosphere in pub watching the football! Food was great and facilities were excellent! Definitely recommend, we will be returning soon.

Went to a wedding here, every member of staff we encountered was fantastic and accommodating! Bar staff, reception staff, housekeepers, everybody. Really good hospitality, really welcoming.
