Good location, comfortable stay, room well ventilated, working air con. Staff helpful and pleasent.
Bathroom was visually clean but when I put my hands in the sink there was grainy residue and hair in plug hole. Doorbell didn't work outside. Pressed X3 before calling the reception on my mobile to gain access.

Lack of light and TV
Easy to find and clean rooms.
Light bulbs not working in room. TV not working. Sink slow to drain. Requested all to be addressed and none were.

Staff are a little weird. Rooms are good.... Location is great. They don't have docking stations for hybrids or electric so extra effort needed to charge your car somewhere far in order to keep going especially after a long drive.

Great hotel!
Room was excellent, shower was amazing, breakfast was all you could ask for. Plus friendly staff.

Very nice hotel in the centre of Bolton. Stayed here for work so room was comfortable but ha d the facilities to do work on my laptop. Ate in the restaurant where the food was tasty and the staff were friendly. Parking on site helpful being in a city centre.
