The roads outside the hotel are not really clear. It doesn't clearly state outside that there's a bus lane as soon as you come out from the hotel. Hope I don't get the tickets for getting in the bus lane 😑

We booked a Saturday night And an executive room. The room was spacious, modern and clean!
Housekeeping staff were so lovely and friendly, and overall service was great!
We would like to give a special shout out to Jade who went over and beyond for us. She was so accommodating and ensured we were comfortable throughout our time there.
Cannot fault our stay and already looking forward to our next visit.. Thanks Jade and the team :)

Excellent stay
Excellent stay, staff v friendly n helpful. Also agreed to late check out and agreed to let use a conference room to change out of wedding clothes post check out. When next in Bolton will be staying here.

Staff are fantastic, receptionists lady on duty was exceptional,nice, friendly and very helpful. The gentleman standing nearby though was not involved with me, he seemed lovely and kept a smile on his face. The dinner young man was also exceptional, dinner service was good, food presentation was faboluous and tasted nice. Room was well made, clean and everything sparkling white and exceptionally comfortable. Breakfast gentleman was friendly and helpful especially when i requested fir stronger coffee he helped, the breakfast was good and tasty. What a lovely place to stay. I will be back.

Parking here is free subject to availibility - which is great as most IHG sites charge north of 16 gbp per night. Very impressed by general service too - offered extended checkout and provided baby cot too. Any issues were ironed out professionally and quickly too. So why only 3 stars? I just wish there was a bath as well as a shower in the room and the toilets are very small. This may be dependent on the rooms booked - but both of ours only had a shower and were tiny. I also would have preferred if they honoured the NHS discount that they promise online - even though i booked direct - this didn't seem to happen. Would i stay again if i visit Bolton? Absolutely - it would be my first - go to choice :)

Very good
The staff were superb. Very welcoming and kind. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast and the young waiter was a joy. Thank you for making our Bolton stay so lovely.
My little girl would have liked a bath but enjoyed the walk in shower anyway.

Staff where great, very friendly. The room was clean and tidy. If I was going to the area again then I would use this hotel again
Only problem was the gym and underground parking was closed due to Re-Ferb , Which was not showing on site.

Felt let down about air-conditioning failure on hostest days for decades!
The staff were helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. Rooms were clean. Given a fan to use because of air-conditioning failure.
The air-conditioning wasnt working for the whole stay. They didnt update their info and it was deciding factor between that and other hotels. The disabled parking was a joke no dropped kerbs not wide enough! Accessable rooms are not flexible enough dont do twin rooms.

Welcoming and pleasant, a shame about the Steak dinner

I ordered a rump steak for dinner, it was inedible,after I ordered it the waiter said they'd had lots of complaints about the Steak, I was offered an alternative but declined,I didn't eat in the hotel the rest of my stay, but the breakfast was good
