The holiday inn staff are very friendly, giving priority to guest who use the gym facilities. I enjoy usong the facilities as my work out requires.

Have been here quite a few times, but was disappointed this time as the swimming pool isn't in use now. Bed and pillows not the most comfortable either. Staff were ok.

We had a great time at the holiday inn bolton, its close to the town centre, the rooms where warm,comfortable, and a good size tv to fall asleep to, Breakfast was fantastic including the service

Nice staff, good location. Felt like there were little things that let it down slightly (scuffs on sideboards, things not matching, no air con), but overall a good experience.
