It was ok felt it could have been made more comfortable for the girls as the beds they had were not v comfortable. Ours was v good. I was disappointed not to be able to find any details of any treatments and I was not informed or invited to partake of any. The pool was great but the Shana steam area was under works and my husband and I could not take full advantage of it all so we were both disappointed.

A estadia decorreu sem problemas apenas tenho a relatar o meu desagrado em relação a um constante barulho de água a pingar na rua, uma vez que estava a chover.
Como o pequeno almoço não estava incluído na tarifa e cada dia eram £10,00 apresentei o meu CC, e no final enviarm-me uma factura com £16,50 por cada dia.

The stay was as usually, nice and confortable. The only thing we didn't like was the changes in the menu. When there are events, the parking area is crowed and some times difficult to find parking.

Overall the service was nice. We got lost on our way to the hotel and the person I spoke to on the phone asking for help and directions, as well as the person who greeted us at reception when we finally arrived I would say that they were on the unhelpful / rude side, which spoiled first impressions. Fortunately the rest of our stay as well all the other staff we came in contact with was lovely, helpful and polite.

Room was as described or expected. Could do with an update. Paintwork a bit shabby, peeling in places, hole in the fabric on the side of the bed. Wasn't luxury as as would have expected for the price. Food was mediocre. Overall, not impressed with the standard of the hotel.

Nice room, but 2 flights of stairs. Would not be easy for less able guests. Bath difficult to get in as enclosed on both long sides. Spa well equipped. Good facilities in room.

Beautiful outdoor areas and friendly staff but was disappointed at no sauna, steam or jacuzzi and when I got in bed my sheets were all torn!
