Very enjoyable stay and we will be back again i can guarantee that, we got upgraded on arrival which was good food great experiance greatthe only problem like i said the room at night was extremely warm and we struggled to sleep apart from that great

The hotel is fine aesthetically nice until you look a bit closer and then it seems a bit tired. The staff were competent, helpful but cold. We were only staying one night and leaving early so I had no experience of its spa facilities.

The hotel is nice and clean with great atmosphere. The food could be better and serving dried unfreshed potato chips was disappointing. 2 Indian originated staff were super friendly and the rest could try to smile a bit more. Also they may charge for water but it is a good idea to keep 2 bottle of water in rooms with price tags on it. People do get hydrated at night or early morning and not being able to reach any just cause unnecessary discomfort and irritation.
