Positives – spacious rooms and excellent facilities. We especially loved the spa, particularly the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna — exactly what we needed to start the new year feeling refreshed. The room was spotless, large, and very comfortable. It was also beautifully decorated as a surprise for our anniversary, which made our stay feel extra special.
Negatives – only two small drawbacks. The bed was made up of two singles zipped together to form a king, and the toppers kept separating. The other issue was that the spa is located in a separate building, requiring a bit of a walk and feeling slightly maze-like to get to. Also worth noting: additional robes and slippers aren’t provided, so keep yours with you until you’re finished at the spa. Towels, however, are unlimited.
Overall – 9.5/10. A fantastic stay with plenty of nearby dining options, 24-hour reception support, comfortable rooms, and great spa facilities.

I stayed in the hotel for 3 days and really enjoyed it. My check in and check out was competed by Julia in the reception and she was so kind and friendly, very profesional. The room was lovely, big and warm. The food in the restaurant was so fresh and delicicious. I highly recommend staying in this hotel.

I attended the New Years Eve 1920s themed Gala Dinner. The event was fantastic from start to finish and the accommodation was perfect. Couldn’t fault it at all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My husband and I had an amazing 2 days stay including their New Years Eve Party. I can't speak highly of the staff.
Emily Brown and her collegues were all exceptional from start to finish. The bedroom we were allocated room 202 was everything you would need for a perfect stay including dressing gowns & slippers, a fantastic coffee machine, iron and ironing board too, not forgetting the huge comfy bed. The Party held in the ballroom was decorated in "Black/white" with the most elegant table decorations on them. Entertainment started with Paul Guard singing great songs followed by a top DJ to see in 2026. The whole evening was tremendous and can't wait to book in again.

Nice hotel with plenty of original features. Rooms are nice with plenty of space - Mrs loves the fact there’s a plug near the mirror so well done guys for thinking about where sockets should go.
The Leisure facilities are good with a decent pool and 2 steam rooms.
We had an evening meal in the restaurant which was really good.
Breakfast was self service but again the food was tasty with good quality local produce.
There’s plenty of parking outside and
all the staff throughout the premises are extremely Courteous.

i was booked in at a spa day shoulder, back and neck and i wasn’t overly pleased . The pool, saunas and steam rooms were excellent but the massage wasn’t , i was not asked what pressure was preferred and instead had a light massage which didn’t help with any tenderness and my shoulders wasn’t even touch! i am not happy with this service especially for the price and i would like something to be done about this .
