Rooms are so lush and the pool is so warm.
Still waiting for the heat rooms to be repaired but it is going to be worth it because I loved it before they did it up.

Birthday gift, voucher for 2 Spa treatments. Staff a little unorganised, seemed a little unprepared. Sauna unfortunately was closed and we were only informed when we turned up that we could have used their Gym. Had no Gym clothes with us so couldn't use. Bit dissapointed. Overall it was an average experience. Personally didn't think value for money.

Expensive, Spar closed but no discount. Used to enjoy the quality of the breakfast but that has gone down hill. Bar expensive, decided to cut our visit short, also opted to eat out at night. Will return as a last resort.

I took my girlfriend here for our 1 year anniversary in 11 June 2022 and needless to say that they pulled out every stop so helpful and kind from the min we arrived and somehow kept it secret from my gf until she got to the table and saw the effort they went to

Nicola on the front desk is so helpful and kind and the waiting staff are next level’ make sure you go and have a brilliant evening and even try the spa n leisure facilities!! Will definitely be going back very soon

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The executive room's are modern, very spacious, smart and clean... With a 50 inch TV! The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The only drawback was we weren't informed the majority of the spa was closed due to maintenance work, however this wasn't too much of an issue as we still had the pool... I would happily visit again when the maintenance work is completed!

We did not stay at the hotel but it's in a lovely location and I assume the rooms are as nice. My experience was the upset caused to my wife who ok booked at last minute for afternoon tea the person who answered the call did not hang up so my wife could hear the staffs vituperation. We will not use this hotel again.

My only gripe was the distance between the room and main building, especially as we had 2 members of the family with mobility issues.

Visited here very briefly take enquiries about their Spa & beauty package's available for future bookings. On arrival Reception staff were unable to advise but did promptly give us directions towards the Spa building, once there we were greeted by many staff, it was quiet. Emails given with sufficient information we required, the Spa's itself are under improvement due to be ready soon July. We were encouraged to have a look at 2 pool's, very inviting indeed. Will definitely be here in a couple of months for our pamper day's.

I was reluctant to stay at the hotel and how wrong I was when I arrived. The room was clean and well furnished. The shower was powerful, and this for me is important when staying away at a hotel. The grounds are small in comparison to other country hotels I have stayed at, but still plenty of walking space. Parking outside the reception area. One down point is some of the staff in the food areas can be over personal and gaining laughs from other guests at other tables, which is not fun when you have a simple request. This I guess is a popular option for some guests.

Good location with parking. Lovely place. They upgraded our room before which got there which is nice, however most of the rooms are at the far end of the building so there is a lot of walking involved! The spa is lovely however only the pool was open due to all the steam and sauna rooms being shut for builders work. Would ho here again and recommend.

Lovely place to stay, lots of character. The staff were absolutely lovely! We had a surprise chocolate fruit and cake plate for our anniversary - Amazing gesture!
