Good location, close to motorway, easy to find. Stuff was very friendly, room was spotless clean. Food in the restaurant tasted good, wide selection of alcohol in the bar. Spa facilities nice as well including : pool, steam rooms, sauna, jacuzzi. We came here to spend my husbands birthday, overall very satisfied. definitely recommend, and looking forwards to come back.

Lovely stay here but whole building was far too warm and there was a ridiculous walk from our room in the far vorner to the restaurant at the other end. Beautiful location, clean and welcoming. Spa was nice but disappointed that there were no therapists to offer us treatments.

Nice and comfortable stay. Clean rooms, luxury interiors and very comfy beds. Facilities within the hotel were excellent as well. Highly recommend!

We upgraded to an executive room which was as far away from the main facilities and entailed a fair walk, part of this walk was outside (under cover but exposed). There was no offer of assistance with our case. The options on the deal menu were not very good. My wife's chicken burger was over cooked and was impossible to eat, she did tell the waitress but no apology or alternative offered.
The room was a good size and comfortable. The sink had a leak and a light out in the bathroom. The tiled floor had an extensive crack in it. There was a big stain on the carpet.
There was nobody at the bar to serve and I had to wait about 10 minutes.
Breakfast was a disappointment, cold plates and luke warm food.

We booked for a belated valentine night, on arrival we had a double room in the executive wing, room was great. We enjoyed use of the pool and spa and later went to the bar. At mealtime we had a three course, whoever the chef was weldone, the food was lovely with the complimentary prossecco. Will be booking again soon.

The stay was great only thing i would say is that the room were cold & the beds very uncomfortable which kind of took the shine out of a good evening, also when i made the booking the person i spoke to didn't come across as very customer friendly when making the booking

Stayed here overnight for work. Clear on first impression hotel is popular with weddings. Picturesque surroundings. Clean, spacious, quiet rooms. Great value.

We had a lovely stay over valentines weekend. We made full use of the spa facilities and had a treatment. The spa was lovely however the pool was colder than expected, which was disappointing. The room was fantastic however as we were on the end of a corridor it was quiet noisy in the morning with people passing by. The food in the hotel was brilliant. Very very tasty. Service was slightly slow but the hotel was rather busy.

We had such a nice one night stay. After a cancellation the day before from another hotel, we thankfully found this hotel for Valentine’s Day weekend and were honestly so grateful for the hospitality we received. The spa facilities are great and we received a bottle of wine on arrival. Stunning bathrooms and huge comfy beds in a beautiful old building. The breakfast buffet was great and the dining room is comfortable. Will definitely be back.

Had an amazing stay here! The spa was so relaxing especially the menthol steam room! The rooms themselves were luxury loved every minute and have booked to stay again! Only downside is if your looking for busy nightlife Accrington is a quiet town you need to go further out.

I stayed at the hotel for a couple of days last week for a business conference, the room was fine, large, clean, fairly basic but perfectly adequate. Staff seemed great, food was pretty decent and the conference was well organised.
Unfortunately I didn't get a chance to use the spa facilities although the pool looked nice as I walked past.
Only gripe was I had to park in the overflow carpark which is fine but it was poorly lit and full of pot holes and puddles... spending some money and bringing that up to the standard of the main car park might be a good idea.

Overall it was a great night but our room was not great. Black mould around the windows and the shower room was chatty and mouldy but not just on the tiles, walls and ceiling but it was comming out of the taps and shower head. Minging!
