People from all over the county flock to Smithills Open Farm with their children to see the animals, play on the bouncy castle, run wild in the adventure playground and eat in the cafe. Kids can have birthday parties at the farm and there is always lots of other events for people to join in with throughout the year.

Gulliver's is an interactive, family-friendly theme park located in Warrington, Cheshire. The park features over 90 rides, attractions and shows and with so much to see, it's no wonder that Gulliver's is one of Cheshire's best family day out!

A very attractively priced theme park with excitement for many children, particularly aged 7 to 12. There are things for 6yr olds and below too, as well as above 13 - particularly good for squeamish adults who might find the sie of rides here less daunting - although there are some challenges here too :)
East Lancashire Railway is one of Rossendale's most popular tourist attractions, providing fantastic days out, real ale trains and the ever-popular Day Out With Thomas.

I have been on the train for the dining experience a number of times and have taken clients on board for a special treat. The service is great and the food amazing. It is an ideal choice for a meal with a difference and seeing the countryside around Rossendale. It is also not any more expensive that a normal non moving restaurant.
