Party Venues in North West
The Riverside is the perfect venue for any special occasion and is a popular choice for customers in Rossendale and across the North West.
Host your wedding reception, party or corporate event at Walmersley Golf Club. With stunning views of the North West, this local club is offering much more than just function room hire.
We’ve played Walmersley most weeks as visitors throughout the summer and it has become a course we really look forward to playing.
The layout is excellent, with a great variety of holes and plenty of memorable ones. There are so many good holes that choosing a single signature hole is difficult. The scenery is also a real highlight, particularly the 13th, which is my personal favourite with the Manchester skyline visible in the distance.
The course has been maintained to a very high standard whenever we’ve played, and the new clubhouse is absolutely stunning.
What really adds to the experience is the welcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful, while the members have always been friendly and welcoming to us as visitors.
With very competitive visitor prices as well, Walmersley offers excellent value for money.
Having played many courses in the area, Walmersley is now my favourite in Manchester and Cheshire. Highly recommended.
