I recently attended the 3-day First Aid at Work course and really enjoyed it. There was a good mix of theory and practical sessions, which kept the course interesting and easy to follow. The practical exercises were especially useful and helped build my confidence. Overall, the course was well organised, informative, and I would definitely recommend it.
