Ive stayed here over the last few weeks for work . The staff are amazing and a real credit to the hotel . Lorriane at breakfast brings such a joy to the dullest of morning . 100% will return the rooms are clean and comfey with aircon

Red Hall Hotel is a family-run countryside hotel serving Bury and the wider Greater Manchester and Lancashire area. Known for relaxed stays, weddings, private events, and Mediterranean-inspired dining at its Mélange restaurant, it attracts guests locally and from surrounding towns looking for quality hospitality in a peaceful setting that is still easy to reach.
I booked 3 rooms expecting them to be together and 1 room was on a different floor. I asked to be moved but they were full. My room 21 was one that had not been renovated yet but was still the same price as the other 2 rooms that I had booked which were much nicer. The positives was that the view was lovely and it had a lovely box for tea, coffee and cups etc. It also had a bible in the drawer which I love to see in a hotel. We went to an event which was great. Food was very good at the event and in the restaurant.
The negatives more cobwebs than a Halloween party. Spider in the lamp. Mattress was rubbish, when sitting on it you could feel the base, had a really poor sleep. Long mirror was missing. Dated furniture. Bath panel broke. Shower was missing the rubber seal on the glass so the water went every where when we had a shower. Stains on the carpet, walls, bedding. Would not stay there again.

A special mention goes to the gentleman (from Tunisia) who worked at breakfast every morning. He was incredibly friendly and welcoming, a true host! His warm and helpful attitude really made a difference to our mornings.
And a very special thank you to Lilly. What an absolute asset to the hotel! She was so friendly, helpful and welcoming, and really made our stay even more enjoyable.
We didn’t use the spa during our stay, so unfortunately we can’t comment on that.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would like to thank the staff for their wonderful hospitality!
