Thai cuisine becomes more and more popular within the UK each year, as people become more familiar with the fabulous flavours that are used within their cooking. They tend to stick with four simple principles with their flavouring of food, which are salty, sour, sweet and spice.

Did you know this Friday 25th January is St Dwynwen’s Day in Wrexham? If you didn’t, you’re not alone. This little known figure is the Welsh Patron St of Lovers, and lived during the 5th Century.
The Americans love a good get together and the chance to celebrate. And as we start the countdown to Christmas, over in the states they’re looking forward to Thanksgiving on 22nd November.
Wrexham’s Dragonsong are ending the year in much the same way it began - in style. The Glee-style choir, led by Charlotte Jones, will be performing their unique arrangements of modern tunes at Central Station on Tuesday 11th December from 7.30pm – 9.00pm
The National Theatre of Wales is asking the general public to choose its next project. And Wrexham could be the lucky recipient.
