Excellent service! Frieda was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. She guided me through the procedure before starting, and the results were fantastic, my ears had been badly blocked with wax and I could hardly hear, once she was done my hearing improved 100percent and I felt so much better. The procedure was painless and actually felt somewhat satisfying. I would highly recommend Frieda to others!

I went to Ears2Hear after having blocked ears for a few days and was greeted by Frieda very professional and cheerful. Frieda took a picture of my ears to start and showed me and explained the whole thing from start to finish it was a very pleasant feeling being able to hear again. I will definitely be using Ears2hear from now on for all my ear wax removals.

Having not managed to clear blocked ear wax with olive oil alone I resorted to finding someone offering microsuction. Ears2hear were able to offer an appointment several days earlier than other small or larger concerns and booking online was easy. The appointment itself was on time and efficient. The processes involved were clearly explained annd the ability to show before and after images made it absolutely obvious that the ear canals had been completely cleared.
If I ever need similar attention in the future I won’t hesitate to go back.

Freida was absolutely amazing with my father....also helped us with new tubes for earing aids and advice .
My father was comfortable at all times as some of the ear wax was difficult to reach ....
I am deffinately going to recommend to friends and family.

Having never had ear wax removed before, I didn't know what to expect. Frieda was very pleasant & explained fully what was going to happen, she looked into my ears with a little camera showing me the wax to be removed I knew one of my ears was bad but was surprised that the other was even worse! One ear was irrigated actually quite a soothing experience, the other was a little more difficult but Frieda very carefully extracted the wax with little tools again not uncomfortable at all. I didn't realise my hearing was that bad & after having the wax removed I had to turn down the radio in my car! I highly recommend Frieda who said she would follow me up in about a year to check everything was still ok. Thank you for giving me my hearing back!

Ears are delicate things and one would want to fell relaxed and confident. Frieda ticked all the boxes and was more than happy as a customer. She deserves a 5 star rating.
