So happy to find Frieda in Weston super mare! I’ve been going to Cardiff for ear wax removal as I had a bad day experience at specsavers but found Frieda via a flyer and she did a great job - clearly has great knowledge and felt very comfortable the whole way through. Can highly recommend her at ears2hear in WSM!

Frieda is lovely and very welcoming. She explained every step of the process, showing before and after screen shots of the inside of my ears. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions at a level i could understand and was happy to advise on aftercare. My booking was online and very easy to complete. I then received email and text confirmation of my booking. Paying can be done at point of booking or as i did, on the day. I would 100% recommend this service.

i would highly recommend Frieda she is excellent at her job and takes great care of your ears. Nothing is too much trouble. The business is easy to find and there is plenty of street parking.
