Frieda holds a B.Communication Pathology degree in Audiology and Speech Therapy from Pretoria University in South Africa and has worked in audiology since 1997. Her extensive experience includes almost 15 years as an NHS audiologist, followed by work as an audiologist, hearing aid dispenser and earwax removal specialist within an independent clinic.
