After attending an hearing test the audiologist advised I needed some earwax removed for it to be done. As my local gp no longer offers earwax removal I wasn't sure where to go. The audiologist advised there was somewhere a couple of doors down the boulevard, based in a gents barbers. I wandered in and was introduced to Frieda and made an appointment. On the day Frieda was extremely professional, explaining what would be happening, using up to date equipment that showed and took pictures of impacted wax. The process was very easy and painless. A few days later I lost my invoice to make an insurance claim and Frieda sent me a duplicate minutes after requesting one. I have no hesitation in recommending Frieda and now know where I will go when I get bunged up!!

I am extremely grateful to Frieda for visiting my father today in a nursing home and successfully unblocking his ears. He has Alzheimer's and a previous practitioner had struggled to clear his ears. I can recommend Frieda to anyone who is looking for a patient and experienced audiologist.

I saw Frieda this morning as my ears were blocked following a virus. Frieda was very informative and explained step by step what she was doing and what noises I could expect to hear during the process of wax removal. Recently had my ears unblocked with earwax removal, and the difference is amazing. The procedure was quick, comfortable, and completely painless.
