Although very nervous at first, Frida put me at ease.
Her camera takes pictures and she explained and showed me what we were looking at etc. Informative indeed, about the ear drum and wax.
Frida also has visual charts showing the parts of the ear and she explains making it easy to understand.
Don't hesitate, her 5 star rating is well deserved.

I went in to have both ears cleared after a week of discomfort. Frieda was warm and professional and got me sorted out really quickly and comfortably. She is clearly incredibly experienced and knowledgeable and was able to give me really good advice about aftercare and educate me on things I had done wrong when trying to resolve the issue myself. Next time, skip the at home chemical drops and go straight to Frieda, lesson learned!

I saw Frieda in desperation after seeing 2 doctors because of a loss of hearing/sensitivity to loud sounds in my right ear. The docs said it "would go away by itself," which I didn't want to accept. She was so lovely, patient, and educated me all about my ears which was interesting, plus methods to help with what I had (eustachian tube dysfunction). I am following her advice and a few days later I already have some relief and my ear is not as severe. I am so grateful to her for seeing me on short notice, and for being sympathetic about how I was feeling, as a lot of people often feel like they are not seen/heard or understood when seeing their GP! Highly recommend her services and knowledge. Thank you Frieda!

Excellent experience at Ears2Hear. I went in with poor hearing and came out with both ears completely clear. Frieda drained my left ear and used suction on my right, sorting them both out in one visit. She also spotted some damage on my eardrum, gave me a clear image of it and sent me away with advice to show my GP. Really thorough, professional service and a big improvement to my hearing. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Frieda today to have my ears syringed. As it was something I’ve never had done before I was a bit nervous. Frieda was very professional and reassuring. She cleared my ears and gave me a lot of after care advice which I will put in to my daily hygiene routine.
