Freida has been amazing with my son Alfie. Very patient and told him everything she was doing so he didn't worry. It wasn't the easiest case for her, but she kept going until his ears were all clear. I would recommend to anyone who needs it and we'll be back if we need to in the future. Thank you.

Great service from Freida recently when I consulted her with regard to bespoke ear-plugs for sleeping. My ears are very sensitive and I’d true everything. Freida was determined to find a solution for me - and she did. I’m very grateful.

Frieda was fantastic, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and very professional. Apparently I have very small ear canals, but she cleared big lumps of wax from them in minutes. I can hear again! 😊

I had my ear syringed over 2 weeks ago after having to wait several weeks for an appointment. It didn't make any difference to my hearing and so I was delighted to hear that Frieda had set up her own business in Weston as she had helped me with my hearing some years ago. I booked an appointment last night for this morning and went in and Frieda cleared the wax from my ear. It is totally back to normal again. It was so good to be treated by someone as experienced and qualified as Frieda. Thank you so much.

Had our first ever ear health check with Freida and it was a lovely experience. Frieda is welcoming and informative and it was a pleasure to visit. She even only charged us for the health check even though we’d booked for cleaning as she didn’t feel we needed it! Nice to find such honest people and we will definitely be recommending her to our family and friends. 😊😊

I booked an appointment for some ear wax removal but after looking in my ears Freida advised that this wasn’t necessary.
Freida was extremely kind, caring and knowledgeable and gave me some good advice regarding ear health and how to keep the ears clean and healthy!
I was only charged for a consultation as removal wasn’t necessary and Freida also included a small bottle of ear drops to use to keep my ears healthy!
I would definitely recommend Freida and would certainly not hesitate to contact her again if I do have any issues or concerns with my ears!
