I was referred to Frieda by Boot's audiologist, when she discovered that my right ear was fully blocked with wax. Frieda was able to give me a quick appointment and cleared it very quickly and painlessly. She was very professional and helpful, answering all my questions and concerns. I would recommend her to anyone needing similar attention.

Took my 91 year old mum to Frieda following recommendation from Audiologist. Easy to make contact and secure an appointment. Easy to find the premises. Met and made to feel welcome. Initial paperwork clear and straightforward with the process explained. Pleasant room and Frieda is friendly, professional and efficient. Mum was very impressed with the procedure deeming it way better and more effective than the water syringe methods she's been exposed to before. Everything done beautifully in practically no time at all. Mum delighted with the results. Will definitely use Frieda's services again in future should it be required. Highly recommended.
