I called Think Insurance today initially stressed as I was behind in providing information to the company and confused as to what was required. I spoke with Mishelle who listened and understood on the first attempt what needed to be done. She not only answered my questions and assisted me while on the phone in a reassuring tone but she proactively called my previous insurer to help resolve any discrepancies. Thanks Mishelle, you're a star!

I have just recently passed my driving test about a month ago, being 19 years old my insurance quotes were so so expensive. I got onto the phone to think insurance and within 5 minutes they had given me the best quote I had received yet. There is always one particular person that I email about my problems and enquires and that is Darcy, she always makes me feel welcome to ask any questions even if I feel silly for asking them. Being a new driver there is a lot of stuff I am not aware of when it comes to car insurance. Darcy has always been patient and very helpful I really cannot thank her enough.
