Had a few Hiccups at the beginning of my cover however they where soon resolved by Darcy one of the customer service advisors who is very efficient and professional, i'm now currently pleased with the service and happy to stay with them for the remainder of my policy

I spoke to Jamie today about young driver insurance, and called about 3 times! He was very useful and provided a great deal of information and showed great knowledge with what he was dealing with. He gave me all additional information that I asked for and worked very time efficiently to help me with any concerns about my policy or cost. I would recommend this company due to the relatively low cost of my new insurance and the wonderful customer service I have received today.

Jack was very helpful and informative. Probably the best insurance company I've dealt with. Very reasonable prices too.... So after 4 months of being insured I have to say the black box is very very restrictive. And very difficult to assess where your not driving how they want. Yes it gives the day but not the time. So if you brake harsh etc you can't pin point it and learn from it. Back up isn't very helpful either.

Adam was very helpful and patient. When searching for the cars, I was very cautious with buying a car due insurance prices. Adam suggested few cars, that were cheaper getting insured. He also, send me reminders which I found very helpful as, many companys don’t. When setting up my policy, it was very quick and easy, he explained everything clearly and answered all my concerns and questions.<br><br>Very happy with the service, I would highly recommend it my friends and family.

Was calling all over the place, trying to get better insurance rates (somehow, huge increase in rates when changed from a sports car to a truck??) - anyhow, finally called around to different brokers, looking for someone to help us get rates we should be paying - Reached Mario Petramala who right away jumped in with great suggestions on not only how to save, but to extend savings to other household members. Took the time to listen, and understand all we were looking for. For the exact same coverage, saving us $150 a month just on vehicle insurance! Next - my son will switch over, and house insurance too! Thanks Mario!

Great provider in respect to notification and making changes to policies very simple. Unfortunately not 5 stars simply down to the monthly/finance plans offered by Think-ins (understand not direct to them but a finance company) being quite high interest rates & deposit rates.
