A lovely lady by the name of Darcy Grainger helped us out immensely today. Had taken out a policy for my 17 year old son but after several requests and people sending emails the documents didn't arrive. Darcy sent the numerous documents over several smaller emails and waited until I had confirmed that they had all been received. Also my son had had problems logging in to view his driving ratings and so Darcy has reset all that too. Thank you.

So after a year out from driving I was referred to Think Insurance by a friend. The professional insurance agent I spoke to was David Turner. Simply incredible service and David is certainly a credit to the company he works for. Very professional, diligent, knowledgeable but more importantly in such a competitive market David has awesome customer care skills. I did not hesitate to take out a policy with the company. And to top it all of David supports Liverpool FC. A total pleasure to do business. All the best to Think Insurance, to David and all his colleagues.

I was running out of websites to look on I spent my day off making alot of calls luckily I have unlimited mins my quotes were well over 2400 and that's when I found think insurence I thought to my self it's a waste of time probably another sky high quote I spoke to Rick he treated me very nice he told me not to stress and said that he will help me the same way he helps all hes clients after 15 mins on the phone to him he hit the jackpot and found me a price that was unbeatable I've had a lovely experience with Rick and appreciate all hes help thank you Rick regards imran Hussain

I’ve just renewed my insurance through Think Insurance for the 3rd year and as always everything was straight forward and explained in detail by the lovely Samantha Hanley!
I’ve never had an issue with Think Insurance, you’re well taken care of as the staff are very attentive and being with them for 3 years I can happy say this about multiple members of staff (mishelle and Charlotte too!) who have dealt with me. If you’re a young driver looking for the best insurance, go through Think as they make everything so effortless for you. I have a black box policy through them and it’s perfect, it brings my insurance down there’s no curfew like there is on others, you can check your driving and parents can also check online using the dashboard! Couldn’t recommend enough!
