Wow what a girl Helen davies can't thank u enough. Just renewed my car insurance and always dread the process of finding searching looking etc as its always a night mare but not no more Helen helped me out loads and when through everything step by step. Super girl very helpful chatty and professional and knew her job well will defo be recommending to family and friends credit to the company thank you again:)

I was passed over from BY broker to a lovely, very chatty lady called Debbie (Deborah). You could tell just from the tone of her voice and the way she spoke that she was such a down to earth woman. She helped me out massively with an insurance quote and saved me hundreds of pounds. I can't thank her enough, she made my experience such a pleasant and easy transaction and even offered to call me back so she could do an in depth search to get me the absolute best possible quote!

Had a few teething problems at first with Think Insurance due to my not having a physical copy of my licence as I had very recently passed my test. However, since then I have had no problems at all and the policy cost is much more reasonable than other companies. Renewal was simple and well handled by Samantha Hanley and I would recommend them.

Great to find an insurance that does not bamboozle you with terms and speak at 100 m.p.h.! Customer THINK! advisor Samantha Hanley answered my questions and was very patient with me and went more than the extra mile to make sure we are fully insured for Europe. Just took out my first insurance policy with Think Insurance and Luke was brilliant and very helpful throughout. He explained things thoroughly and patiently to myself and my parents. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for their first policy and subsequent policies. 5 star service! I had a phone call this morning with Darcy Grainger, a Private Car Customer Service Advisor. I cannot fault her customer service. She was extremely professional, whilst still remaining approachable and chatty. Darcy asked me multiple times if there was anything else she could help me with, after already resolving the query I had called for. She’s an asset to the Think Insurance team.

Car insurance
Although I had hoped that the cost of my car insurance would be lower than the new quote offered, I appreciate that Think Insurance found me cheaper insurance (with a similar policy) than renewing the policy from last year. When I phoned last Saturday Justine explained what you could offer me and checked that the cover was comparable, incl the same extras, etc. for which I was grateful. As the systems were going down at the end of the Saturday telephone opening times, I was unable to make the payment then. Justine kindly phoned me on the following Monday to follow up but I was out in a shop & did not have my paperwork handy so I said I would phone sometime later on. I phoned yesterday, Thursday, and as Justine was not available, Sam kindly checked the new quote & a few queries I had and took my payment. She also told me about the possibility of breakdown cover. I felt that both Justine & Sam were very helpful, patient and careful in checking and explaining various things clearly. I appreciate how they dealt with sorting out my car insurance. Thank you.
