I have just renewed my third policy with Think Insurance, their customer care is second to none and the most influential reason for my repeated renewal. Although the policies often end up being slightly more expensive than the cheapest ones on the market, you know that they have done their best to find the most appropriate and safest policies, they do all of the hard work for you and are incredibly prompt with their timings, they'll notify you with any issues on your account personally where possible, and they have dedicated teams waiting to pick up calls with any queries. I've never felt uncomfortable, stupid or confused by their teams and they are always prepared to go above and beyond to assist you with any issues. Totally worth the money, they have saved me 3 years worth of hassle and stress!

I would recommend Think Insurance, particularly to anyone with driving convictions as they are specialists in this area. I was able to renew my insurance policy with one simple phone call thanks to Courtney who was friendly and communicated all information very well. Called Think Insurance when I needed to renew my motorhome insurance as my previous insurers cover was less than needed. Spoke with Kim Harper who's assistance was greatly appreciated. Kim ran through the various options and addressed all questions in an efficient manner. I took the recommended policy which was very competitive and provided all the cover I needed with a lower excess to boot.

I have been with Think Insurance since I got my first car, renewed last year and a second renewal is imminent. As a lawyer who acts for insurer clients, I have a good sense of what to expect from an Insurance Agency and Think Insurance Services Ltd exceed my expectations by keeping me well-informed both verbally and in writing, conducting themselves professionally and pleasantly, and carrying out exactly what they offer; they found the best quote for me instantly and I was surprisingly shocked when I was offered about 40% of the initial premium cost(thats a 60% reduction from the original premium) for the renewal.<br><br>I initially spoke to a Charlotte Robinson who was exceptionally helpful, answering all my questions thoroughly and reassuring me about their service.<br><br>I'm looking forward to my next renewal via Think Insurance Services.
