We found the staff inside the shop to be friendly and helpful especially Kami, nothing was to much trouble for her to sort for us. The furniture arrived in super fast time and was delivered by friendly staff who placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it with no complications . Overall the buying experience was very good and Kami made it stress free.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased from this store and I can’t speak highly enough about it. Their sofas are classy and built to last. Mark was amazing - no hard sell, very knowledgeable and informative. To say Mark goes above and beyond is an understatement!
I will never buy any sofas from anywhere else due to the bespoke service, quality, range, price, knowledge and advice.
The aftercare service was just as good. Mark provided two additional cushions, free of charge. You can’t get better than that!
I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to family, friends and anybody else!

My experience of purchasing bespoke sofas was excellent from start to finish, through choosing the style, filling and colour, to delivery. The showroom has a vast array of designs and fabrics to choose from.
Kami has mastered the fine balance between being professional, welcoming and friendly. Kami's level of patience was second to none, she gave me the time to go through all of my ideas with great patience, this combined with her expertise has led to me having fabulous sofas that match my room perfectly.
Whether you know exactly what you want, or need support to bring your ideas to life, you will not be disappointed.

From the moment we entered the store Mark was extremely helpful and on explaining to him our recent dilemma with furniture we had purchased elsewhere , and had to get a refund, managed to get our sofas made in quick time.
We were very nervous and stressed due to the previous problems, but needn't have worried, the Quality and workmanship that has gone into making our sofas is second to none, makes us proud to buy British .

I have to be honest... when we pulled up outside the Sofa Factory Outlet store, in an otherwise semi-industrial warehouse area just outside the Wolverhampton ring-road, we did wonder whether we had made a wasted 30 mile round-trip.
WE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG.
From the second we walked through the door, we were welcomed not like any old customer, but like an old friend they had not seen for some time - a broad and genuine smile, a lovely coffee, soft drink for the kids, and biscuits whilst we browsed.
Nothing is too much trouble, and Kami especially should be the model for every assistant in every furniture store in the country - hugely knowledgeable, supportive but NEVER pushy, we were allowed as much time as we wanted to browse, test, measure, argue, go back to the first one we tried.... she is an absolute god-send.
Then, when we had an idea of what we wanted, she worked with us to select exactly what we needed for our room, from sizing, to cushion firmness and depth, arm type, extras, everything. She gave us what so few store workers are willing/able to do nowadays - their time.
Now, our chosen sofas have arrived today, and they are perfect in every way, because they are what WE wanted, not what some mass-producer is prepared to provide on a 'take-it-or-leave-it' basis.
THANK YOU, SOFA FACTORY OUTLET - you have got your business and service model absolutely right, and I would urge anyone who turns up outside your store to take that step inside, or you will never know what delights you are missing. 💛💛💛

The delivery was well communicated and positioned where requested swiftly and professionally.
As an experience as a whole I was supported well and any request and detail was never a problem and easily accommodated. Will most definitely be using this company again.

If I could rate 10 stars I would.Mark has been absolutely fabulous. I came into the store and found the chairs I liked.Mark helped with showing me variarations of colour samples when I explained the base colour. Very quickly he was able to see my vision. He guided me to the best options. And order now placed. Mark has a lot of experience in the furniture world and I would highly highly recommend him. We ordered a set of three custom sofa's from Sofa factory, the experience we had from start to finish was fantastic. We were able to choose the dimensions, design and then the type of fabric from a huge range. We were assisted by Kami, who was really knowledgeable, and helped us with our decision based on the requirements we went to sofa factory with.
A year on from the sofa's being delivered and they still look and feel like they are brand new - the photo's with this review have been taken today, which shows the sofa's are of a very high quality.
Would highly recommend sofa factory to others, great sofa's and a 5* service with it.

I ordered 4 sets of cinema style sofas which have turned out amazing. I went into Sofa Factory with an idea of what I wanted and they are even better than what I envisioned. Everyone that has seen them compliments them and how comfortable they are. Kami helped us from start to finish and was very helpful, it's the best service I have received. Hi.just had sofa delivered .so happy with quality of the sofa.it as transformed our lounge.it was made to perfection.kami the salesperson as done us proud.gave us ideas about colours which her expert opinion.we ordered in febuary .she kept us informed every step of the way until it was delivered today.a great asset to any bussiness to have someone like her working for you very calm and patience with you .no pushing sales tactics.this is my second sofa we have ordered from here and will have not hesitation in ordering from here again in future.my son ordered from here in the past and shall be advising him to order from her again.i will recommend to freinds and family.delivering guys were very friendly and courtieous, very professional.
