We have just taken delivery of our made to measure corner sofa from Sofa Factory Outlet. Our experience from start to finish was amazing. Mark was very helpful with advice on styles that suit our space. He let us take a book of fabric swatches up to the carpet showroom, so we could coordinate everything. Once we had decided on a sofa style, Mark came to our house to measure our lounge and set out how it would look. We were given an estimated delivery date of mid September and it was delivered today 8/9/26. The delivery men were polite and respectful of our freshly fitted carpet. And as for the sofa itself. The quality is far superior to what you get from other well known showrooms on most retail parks. All in all, this as been a pleasant experience and we would highly recommend Sofa Factory Outlet to anyone.

We had a suite, which was made at the Sofa Factory Warehouse for 19 years, so we had no hesitation about going back. Our new furniture is absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship is second to none. Our sincere thanks to the craftsmen and ladies who made it, and for the help and assistance of Kami in the store, who made our whole experience really enjoyable. There are so many different styles and fabrics to choose from, there will be something for everyone. Excellent from start to finish. Well done, keep up the good work

I have just had my sofa delivered by Sofa factory outlet. My overall experience from start to finish has been exceptionally.
I dealt with kami and she went above and beyond excepectations to make my experience the best that I could have wished for. The whole process was totally stress free and there was no pressure selling at all. She advised me on style, fabric, fitting etc. I trusted her advice as she has many years of experience with bespoke sofas and is very knowledgeable. She came to my residence to measure the exact space available for the sofa to make sure there was a perfect fit. The visit was also to check doors, space etc to ensure that the sofa, which included a bed, could be easily installed in my room.
I made many visit to show room as at the outset as I wasn't totally sure what I wanted, but with Kami's guidance I got there. There is a huge number of fabrics to choose from. During my many visits I enjoyed tea and biscuits. The showroom is very big but relaxing,calm and welcoming.

A great experience at The Sofa Outlet throughout the entire process, Kami has been outstanding. She demonstrated knowledge and plenty of patience, and supported our design changes calmly! I have witnessed her manage the showroom at its busiest, and she managed to give attention to every customer on site with exceptional customer service. There is plenty of choice at the showroom, and a range of colours which is very rare in other sofa companies. We are happy with our sofas and have placed a second order for another room! Really happy with our experience at Sofa Factory Outlet so far. We found the exact sofa frame we loved in DFS, but here we could choose the colour, fabric and seat depth that actually suited us. They’re also making a matching storage footstool with a gorgeous vibrant patterned top. The quality of what we’ve seen is excellent and the price reflects both that and the service. Mark was brilliant at helping us get everything just right.
