We received excellent service from Start to finish from Mark at Sofa factory. After 14 yrs we had replace our current sofas, Mark guided us on fabric, colours and style to suit or needs.
We ended paying less for custom made sofas and delivery of 3 did all the set up today on 20th August.
Highly recommended- don’t waste your time on high street chains.

As we wanted ‘made to measure’ stools Sofa Factory was the place to go. We knew the quality as we’d had a sofa / chair from them.
With so many fabrics / colours to choose from, and wanting to match something similar it was hard to know where to start. But our huge thanks go to Kami, from the fabric sample we took in she was able to find a perfect match – genius!!
We also can’t thank Kami enough for all the assistance she gave in getting the correct measurements for our stools and making sure all was good with them. Kami is such a lovely warm, friendly, welcoming lady and very helpful – nothing is too much trouble.
She kept us informed of progress, as at the time the material was out of stock – but that wasn’t a problem, then informed regarding delivery.
The delivery guys again were very friendly and kindly offered to carry into the rooms needed.

Mark was absolutely marvellous he treated us really well couldn't have asked for more. He was professional and nothing was to much trouble kept us informed about delivery which was done brilliantly. I was really impressed and would recommend this business to friends and family.

We have ordered a big corner sofa from here after looking for many months. So far everything has been absolutely top class and Kami has looked after us really well when choosing and ordering. There are loads of options to look at and try out in their showroom. You may get biscuits. We were able to ask for a couple more inches of extra depth on the frame and we could have also had it a little higher, although we didn't go for that in the end. The takeaway is that they can customise anything... unlike some other 'bespoke' companies. Kami is the most amazing salesperson... Really friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy at all. Will update this review when we receive the sofa with hopefully a wonderfully happy ending to this experience and will report back as to how amazing it is. Thanks a million Kami xx
6/7/2024. As promised I wanted to update the review. The delivery was perfect and the guys were so professional. Kami was on hand throughout the process and she also organised to re-cover our old footstool to match the rest of the sofa. It looks amazing. Kami has been a legend to deal with. I am a very happy customer. I recently visited the Sofa factory for help/support because the caster on one of our armchair had fallen off. The staff were absolutely super helpful in sourcing the bits needed. They took a photo of the broken caster & telephoned us within days to say they had found a part which might fit. This is excellent customer care & service and we would like to thank them for taking the time to listen to our needs & for their help. A “Thumbs up” from us.

Mark provided exceptional service and is a wonderful person. After searching extensively, I was unimpressed with the leather and filling quality at places like DFS. However, I was truly impressed with the quality at Sofa Outlet. Mark kept us informed throughout the process, updating us on their progress. I would wholeheartedly recommend Sofa Outlet and Mark to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to purchase sofas from them again. Thank you, Mark, for your outstanding service!

Excellent service, very helpful lady called Kami who was very polite and gave excellent customer service in helping me with my order of a leather three piece suite. The settee was made to the measurements that I requested. The men who delivered the three piece suite were very efficient, quick and helpful. I had a small problem with one of the cushions and this was dealt with quickly, efficiently and sorted. Thank you to you all.
