From start to finish Mark provided excellent customer service! We love our new sofas! This is the 2nd time we purchased from Sof Factory would highly recommend them to anyone. A range of custome designs to choose from and a very good turnaround. Delivery drivers took care taking them into the house and even took their shoes off. Top class!

Excellent service from the very helpful Kami in the showroom to the amazing delivery guys. They managed after several attempts and a lot of patience to get it through our very difficult entrance. They were ace. The suite we received is really beautiful. Well made and beautifully finished. The choice of styles and thousands of coverings was phenomenal. We found the staff inside the shop to be friendly and helpful especially Kami, nothing was to much trouble for her to sort for us. The furniture arrived in super fast time and was delivered by friendly staff who placed the furniture exactly where we wanted it with no complications . Overall the buying experience was very good and Kami made it stress free.

This is the 2nd time I’ve purchased from this store and I can’t speak highly enough about it. Their sofas are classy and built to last. Mark was amazing - no hard sell, very knowledgeable and informative. To say Mark goes above and beyond is an understatement!<br>I will never buy any sofas from anywhere else due to the bespoke service, quality, range, price, knowledge and advice.<br>The aftercare service was just as good. Mark provided two additional cushions, free of charge. You can’t get better than that!<br>I would have no hesitation at all in recommending this company to family, friends and anybody else!
