We where looking for a new sofa unsure of what would fit right in our living room. A friend recommended sofa factory outlet when we went to the store we where approached a chap called mark he ran us through all the materials and designs and even came down on the same evening to measure our living room and advised us of the perfect size. Everywhere else we visited gave us dates of delivery with a 4 month with mark at the sofa factory outlet we got our perfect sofa in 5 weeks excellent overall svs would highly recommend them and to go see the mark the sales person. They are now getting another sofa ready for us for our lounge

Love our new sofa, had an awkward size room and decided to have a sofa made to fit. The whole experience was brilliant. Mark was fantastic from the first time we walked through the door to delivery of the sofa. Delivered exactly what we wanted and too communication throughout. The whole process was as it should be, great knowledgeable sales lady, helpful delivery guys. Quality was very good and value for money. KAMI was great and her knowledge very useful. She even threw in some cushions for free. Great service would totally recommend.

Have had several custom built and designed sofas from Sofa Factory Outlet over the years and every time I cannot believe the value and quality received.
Here you get totally bespoke top quality sofas for better prices than standard sofas at branded furniture stores with better or similar lead times too.
I always deal with Kami, she looks after you really well and gives good advice on design. We have had a curved back sofa, custom chaise and L shaped sofa with obtuse angle. All perfect.
I have recommended SFO to several friends and family and they're all of the same opinion. You get premium products at value pricing.

Kammy has been amazing from the get go, as soon as we walked in with an idea, she had seen our vision and provided us with her expertise about what we require. We even gave a colour scheme and she already knew what we were after and had provided the relevant book to choose the fabric, colour and cushion fabric too. We are over the moon with our sofa as it fits perfectly in our space and also adds a classy elegance to our room. She even delivered on her promise to have this ordered and delivered before Christmas. Couldn't have done this without Kammy and cant thank her enough, a real credit to the Sofa Factory Outlet.
