Have recently purchased a custom made sofa from Sofa Factory. The customer service particularly from Mark has been spot on! He has been very professional and genuinely helped us design the best sofa for our space. Although the leg colour was slightly wrong, Mark was quick to fix this issue with no hassle to myself at all. We are really happy with our sofa and have a lot of compliments from family and friends, they are comfortable and of excellent quality! Keep up the great work Sofa Factory! :)

We bought our sofas from here 6 years ago still like new so well made. It would be wonderful if all businesses operated the way we were treated as we were looked after by Kami. Coffee & hot chocolate, relaxed no- hurry help and guidance, the personal touch from start to finish. My husband and I are completely delighted with the suite we've had made. We went to the Sofa Factory showroom in Wolverhampton today after a recommendation from family members. I was impressed to see that there was a wide variety of quality fabrics to choose from and designs can be made to your own specification. Mark gave us some fantastic advice as well as great customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing your bespoke sofas from here as you will be investing in a quality product at a very reasonable price.

Huge range of sofas and fabrics to choose from. The fact that the sizes can all be customised to order is a massive advantage. Mark was really helpful and made the whole process easy. A great experience all round. Very much looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa and chair!

Absolutely brilliant. I bought a high quality French connection style sofa. It arrived very quickly even though it was custom made and the customer service I received from Mark went over and above. We have had our second sofas and rhe service has bern fantastic from kami she is so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. Our sofa is so comfy and beautiful. The service at sofa factory outlet is amazing. Would go anywhere else to buy our sofas. Our last sofa lasted 25 years. Thank you to kami for the sofas the amazing service and the hot drinks and chocolate felt so much at home. Will be back for our 3rd sofa.

We've now used this company on three occasions and to be honest it's because of one reason (Mark). Mark is one of the sales team that work for this company; we found his professionalism & attention to detail to be second to none!
After visiting larger sofa stores we found their sales personnel to be like programmed robots who were more interested in achieving a sale then listening & understanding your needs; what we found from Mark was a much more personal experience with no added pressure, Mark was more concerned we were getting the right comfort, look & value for our money being spent.
In my opinion bypass the rest of the other Sofa companies out there, visit Sofa Outlet today & ask for Mark you won't be disappointed!

In August 2022 we bought two custom made sofa's from this store as our internal doors in the lounge meant we needed slimmer (in depth) sofas. We had a look round the shop which looks so small from the outside but is huge once you step in and work your way around. Kami was on site at the time of our visit, she was kind and left us to look around and decide what we were doing, she was then so helpful in explaining the process once we found the design we loved. Choosing the colour fabric we so enjoyed doing, there are so many to choose from!
In ordering we put down a deposit and double checked once we got home that we had got the measurements right. Kami provided a mobile number to confirm the measurements and from there communication regarding ordering, progress of making the sofas and delivery was prompt and professional.
We told Kami we hadn't got any sofa's yet in our new home and to our surprise from ordering in August they were ready mid September (Other big chain stores were saying 4 months wait!), the sofas were delivered and put where they were needed with us not even lifting a finger.
We would wholeheartedly recommend this company and do to all those who comment on our lush sofas. There is something that feels so good about supporting local smaller businesses too, don't hesitate to visit! :)

Canāt recommend Sofa Factory Outlet more highly. Mark went above and beyond in terms of customer service and making sure everything we ordered was right. He kept us informed at each stage of the process, letting us know when delivery would be, etc. The sofas themselves are very good value and quality and can be designed exactly how you want them. Weāve already recommended Mark to family and wouldnāt hesitate to come back.

Kely is a wonderful lady and very helpful and polite but Mark doesn't know how to behave with customer, he made us upset and I will never go to this shop when he is at the shop
