We had a great experience from start to finish. Our sofas were made to measure and Kam who we dealt with was very informative and understanding we went to the outlet a number of times due to indecisiveness on our own part. Kam was very accommodating and didn't rush us in our decision. This place is great value for money and the quality of the sofas is brilliant. The aftercare is also top.

Have recently purchased a custom made sofa from Sofa Factory. The customer service particularly from Mark has been spot on! He has been very professional and genuinely helped us design the best sofa for our space. Although the leg colour was slightly wrong, Mark was quick to fix this issue with no hassle to myself at all. We are really happy with our sofa and have a lot of compliments from family and friends, they are comfortable and of excellent quality! Keep up the great work Sofa Factory! :)

It would be wonderful if all businesses operated the way we were treated as we were looked after by Kami. We went to the Sofa Factory showroom in Wolverhampton today after a recommendation from family members. I was impressed to see that there was a wide variety of quality fabrics to choose from and designs can be made to your own specification. Mark gave us some fantastic advice as well as great customer service. I would highly recommend purchasing your bespoke sofas from here as you will be investing in a quality product at a very reasonable price.

Huge range of sofas and fabrics to choose from. The fact that the sizes can all be customised to order is a massive advantage. Mark was really helpful and made the whole process easy. A great experience all round. Very much looking forward to the arrival of our new sofa and chair!

Absolutely brilliant. I bought a high quality French connection style sofa. It arrived very quickly even though it was custom made and the customer service I received from Mark went over and above. We have had our second sofas and rhe service has bern fantastic from kami she is so knowledgeable. She went above and beyond. Our sofa is so comfy and beautiful. The service at sofa factory outlet is amazing. Would go anywhere else to buy our sofas. Our last sofa lasted 25 years. Thank you to kami for the sofas the amazing service and the hot drinks and chocolate felt so much at home. Will be back for our 3rd sofa.

After visiting larger sofa stores we found their sales personnel to be like programmed robots who were more interested in achieving a sale then listening & understanding your needs; what we found from Mark was a much more personal experience with no added pressure, Mark was more concerned we were getting the right comfort, look & value for our money being spent.
In my opinion bypass the rest of the other Sofa companies out there, visit Sofa Outlet today & ask for Mark you won't be disappointed!
